We usually like Texas Roadhouse because they are staffed well and the food is good. This particular evening they had more than adequate amounts of staff, however the service we were provided was terrible. We were sat with no silverware, when the rolls and serving plates were brought out we were only given 3 plates for a table of 4. When appetizers and salads were brought out we still had no silverware, even after requesting it. There were around 10 servers standing around the computers chatting and goofing off while our appetizers and salads sat there because we had no utensils to eat with, finally about 10 minutes later we were able to get utensils.When our meals came out we were asked to cut our steaks like normal. One steak (8oz sirloin) was ordered very well done, however when we cut it, it was medium rare. It was taken back to be cooked longer. It was brought back out by the manager around 25 minutes later and everyone else was basically done eating. We were asked to cut it again to check it and it was barely medium well. Manager said they could put it back on the grill and I said no, everyone was done eating and we were ready to go at this point. She said she would get us some Togo boxes. Bill arrived and the steak we didn't eat because it wasn't cooked properly after 2 tries was still on the bill. So I paid for it but will not be returning. There are other steakhouse options with better quality and customer service nearby we will use in the future.

The food we recieved was good, but we ordered an appetizer and the waiter never put that in. Brought one of the sides out earlier than the food which weren't pleased about. Also had ordered a sidekick of ribs with my food and they forgot to put that in as well. Finally got my ribs as I was almost finished eating. Was not very happy with not getting the 2 things we ordered.
Host sat us down and forgot to bring us bread. We figure it is fine and will just ask waiter. Once waiter comes all seems to be good. We ask for bread and it should’ve only been a few minutes. After a while a different person came and brought us food. This was at least 15 minutes later. Still no bread. Finished food and we had to wave her down for check where we asked again for bread. Brought us check and no bread. She came by again to pick up the money and we had to ask once again. Comes back with bread with no cinnamon butter. Finally got bread and don’t think we will be coming back anytime soon.
Always good ribeye steaks and appetizers.
My rating is based on a comparison to other Texas Roadhouses. This location is clean, easy to get into, and has a friendly staff. The food was delivered quickly and was prepared correctly. If you are a TR fan you won't be disappointed

The food was delicious. I got the rib appetizer and it filled me up quick. They quite literally fell off the bone. They also gave me extra bread rolls to go by request. 10/10 experience.
Ordered a medium rib eye steak with shrimp. came out as first picture. Told the lady this doesn't look like a medium. She took the steak out back to have it "up-cook". Came back as the second pic with still the same red in the middle but just more cooked on the outside. Steak was too salty along with the shrimp. My wife ordered the shrimp and her shrimp was very salty also along with the rice that came with it. FAILED!!
