This location seems to be stepping up their game recently. The past two times I have eaten here, I have found the food to be particularly fresh and well cooked. The tacos had almost no grease at all left in the wrapper and the beans on my tostado were very fresh. Even the drinks seem better than normal with plenty of flavoring and carbonation present.I really do hope whoever is managing the location now sticks around. I have always loved Bueno so I will be continuing to visit. I recommend you give this location a try and I hope you are as happy as I have been with their food as not all locations are this good.
I like bueno a lot. But this one is terrible at taking orders.You can tell it's a management issue, because they never have the same people and it's always a problem.Slow, rude, constantly wrong orders.What food you do get can be good as long as it's not softshell or the muchaco. They're always dried out
This location used to be the best in this area. Now it's awful. Customer service also leaves a lot to be desired. They've changed the recipe to their beans. They are almost always dry/crunchy. Thankfully the dining room is usually clean.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but this unfortunately is warranted. Went around 8pm and several items were missing from our order, almost no beef in our food either. To make matters worse.. our card was charged 3 times for the meal. Hopefully with this feedback we can get this place back up to the great standards it’s had in the past.
During the Winter storm these guys were still open and awesome! Thank you guys. Really appreciate it.
My Burrito was good and the service was nice. The dinning room was clean .
I used a 50% off coupon that just came in the mail two days ago. The taco salad was supposed to be freaking big. The taco bowl was I/3 full ! I promise maybe a half a cup of salad and some shredded chicken a tablespoon of guacamole. The amount I was served was unbelievably small. Never going back !
The bean burritos have really gone down hill ! They use to be the best around ! The last 3 times I went there I literally had to look inside the tortilla to see if I had beans !!!! Really !! The quantity has been reduced to almost nothing ! The price has increased as well ! Not good !! No more money from this group ! Back to Taco Casa !!!!
