This taco bell is probably my favorite! Tonight, I mistakenly went to the wrong taco bell after placing my online order. The manager (I'm assuming) was very kind and made my food anyway. I would of completely understood if he hadn't, but it just goes to show that you customer service makes the place. Wish I could give a high rating because the chef put extra effort in my burrito tonight and it shows. Thank you taco bell for always being my late night snack. You guys are the real heros.

The order wasn't accurate, but not something that would have me get back in line.When I arrived, there were three cars ahead of me. Of the three, one was leaving, thus only two cars. From tge time of my order, to the time I drove away was a solid 10 minutes.When my food was ready, they read my order to me and it was completely different than what I did order.It did seem as though they may have had two people working, possibly more.The food was decent.I was there around 9:30 pm.

I’m dating this… 11:58pm. We ordered at the drive thru at 11:29. When we got home we noticed we were given the wrong order. I decided to take the initiative to call up to the store to let them know. I called once. Didn’t pick up, I thought… fine. They must be busy at the window or something. It’s 11:55 at this point they’re still open. I call again. They hung up on me. The next time I tried calling they cut the phone and it just beeped after I dialed. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve gone to this Taco Bell before and the same thing has happened in the past. They give me the wrong order and when I try calling they hang up on me because they don’t want to deal with it. All I’m saying is don’t go there before they close because they’ll get your stuff wrong and won’t help you about it.

This Taco Bell used to be pretty good, but I think it’s gone down hill a bit. The hours online say they are open until 11 PM. I came the other night around 10:30 PM, and they said they were closing soon and that their “system was down.” I told them I would wait if they could get it back online. They reluctantly agreed and a few minutes later they were taking my order… no problems with the system anymore. I’ve just noticed a reluctance with the staff to provide solid customer service. Other times I come and they say they are out of certain ingredients and the items I order can’t be made. It’s just different at this location than how it used to be.

Beware using mobile app to order! I ordered 2 Baja Blast freezes for my kids. When I picked up my order they said that the machine to make the freezes was broken. Because it was a mobile order the manager claimed that they could not refund me in the store. I was told to go online to request a refund. I don't think I will use the mobile app again since this is a big inconvenience to try to get a refund for something.

Very rude and incompetent customer service. Would not recommend going there. Go to the one at Lewisville that has the KFC, their customer service is much better.

We walked inside this location at 5:40pm on Saturday 12/4, to eat dinner. We were not greeted or approached by anyone. There were four guys behind the counter at various different spots talking, playing with gloves and leaning against the counter doing nothing. No one else was in the restaurant. We walked over to the order screens and neither worked so we couldn't place our order. We waited for someone to take our order and no one responded, at which time we turned around and walked out. It's very disappointing and sad how service has dropped off so much, your employees don't even acknowledge customers when they walk in your business, much less make eye contact.

This is the Taco Bell experience at 12:30am… no queso in their Cheesey bean and rice burrito. And their beans are so dry that it’s literally crumbling out of the burrito. This was the bean burrito I ordered with extra cheese and extra red sauce. This has been the worst experience I’ve had and I’ve had some pretty bad ones at Taco Bell but still eat the food. I could not this time.

Went there last night, and had terrible service. Started leaving the drive through line and they forgot my drinks, then asked them about it and they said the drink machine was down. They didn't want to refund the money I paid for the drinks or anything. The kid was SO rude and told me the manager wasn't currently on duty. So I couldn't even speak with anyone there. Horrible. I want my $22.70 back. I will not be going back to that Taco Bell if they are that rude.

Taco Bell says that they're open until 1:00 a.m. but they actually close at 12:20 really should update their hours online
