Worst subway ever!!!! They over charge you (i was charged over $10 for a footlong with no add ons) , don’t have half of the veggies (no spinach or avocado) and don’t put less quantity of protein than a subway is supposed to put.I have worked at subway before and this really needs better management. This is ridiculousNEVER EVER GOING BACK!!

Like many people this location has always been inconsistent and sometimes with the right stuff it's pretty awesome and other times it's a little bit more goofy. Today I had an issue where an online order didn't go through their system and the guy just stepped up took care of me and was genuinely awesome. I hope he works there more often or becomes a manager. It's unfortunate because I know how difficult it is to come across workers these days but this guy knocked it out of the park.

Everytime I order online. My order is confirmed and completed, but once I get there its not ready and I have to end up standing in line. Pointless. I understand some companies are low on help but 2 workers were there and one was wiping down tables. Come on. I ended up waiting 15 minutes anyways. But the lady was super nice when giving me my food and apologized.

Had 2 chicken sandwiches ordered for pick up with instructions to put veggies on the sides. Opened it at work to put it all together and was shocked to see no chicken meat on either sandwiches. Had to come back the next day to get a refund.

Worst Subway ever! I felt bad for the one guy working but was out of tuna and my second choice turkey. Avoid!!!

the store didn't have enough help but the lone worker did a good job of handling a busy time; seems like the prices have gone up, but they gave me a bigger drink with the combo since they were out of small cups; the food is pretty good, but I paid $13 for a footlong combo including tip ???

Do not eat at this subway because they don’t open on time at all. They need more people and place looked dirty, customer service was bad. One guy that work there was just sitting there not helping the other guy open the door when I was outside at 9:10am waiting to get in. The money wasn’t in the draw and the oven wasn’t ready for my bread to be toasted I was so upset.

Horrible customer service. Made sandwich with wrong bread for online order. Staff showed terrible attitude. They also don't wear mask

Placed an online order last Thursday evening (9/23) at 5pm for pickup at 5:45pm. Went in to pick up my order and was told by the staff that there "weren't any ingredients to make the sandwiches, so they hadn't done anything". I asked then if I would be getting a refund, and the staff said their manager was on the way in and would give me a call in 20 minutes.I proceeded with my evening and did not receive a phone call. I called at 7:22pm, the phone was answered "Hello", I had to ask if it was indeed Subway I'd called. After I confirmed I had the correct establishment, I explained my situation and was told that the manager had been in and did not refund me.I've tried calling several times since then to no resolve.Nevermind the inconvenience of having 3 hungry kids who LOVE Subway be disappointed, but the fact that I spent $45 for items that were not received and can not get ahold of anyone for answers is infuriating.*Update*Got ahold of the manager Jonathan, and he stated that he was able to refund the charge. After a week, there has been no refund.

What the Hel is this place. Never seen such dirty place in such big and good business area . Dead fly on top of ham bucket, when I asked employee to take care of it he admitted it is gross ?. I'm so sorry to seen such a great potential is wasted like this. So sorry for people who get food poison here. This place is in desperate need for attention. Where the F is health department
