Extremely slow service. Estimate 35-40 mins for a sandwich. COVID may be the reason, but still not good enough for a supposedly quick bite. Got 2 stars because the guy was new, otherwise this is true 1-star worthy.

Scary dirty. First time at this location yesterday and the tuna container was horrifying. Needs a massive deep clean

Great sandwich, great service. This place is amazing! I always come here for a cheap but great meal.Definitely recommend this place for anyone on a diet or just wanting a nice meal after a long day.

Edited; want to say a big thank you to Tammy for making everything right... We will come back... THANK YOU AGAIN TAMMY!!!!!They got our entire order wrong and won't answer the phone. We had ours delivered. Checked the sandwiches and each one was messed up. My son's was toasted and had sweet onion sauce on it. That was supposed to be on my husband's sandwich. My husband's had the ranch that was supposed to be on my son's sandwich. Mine was supposed to be double meat and cheese. Didn't have either and the meat on there was pitiful. Sent a message to supervisor and all she wrote was saying thank you for my message. Nothing about fixing our order or anything. I will not be going to that location again.

Took a family of four in four dinner. No one could get the food they wanted. This store was out of bread, out of meat, out of American cheese. We couldn't get a receipt either because the printer was broke. That's management's fault, but you guys weren't busy at all... maybe clean something in your free time. Is subway done now? Loved their sandwiches, hope they can turn this around.

Last time I ordered a meatball sub from here it was a little light on the meat, this time I ordered double meat and there are two tiny meatballs in the sandwich.I know things are tough right now, and I will give some leniency lately, but this is absolutely absurd.This is a horrible experience.

Out of meatballs. Out of teriyaki chicken. Out of several breads. Order not ready when promised thru app. The two sixteen your olds seemed poorly trained and not in a position to be successful. Shame on management and owner. ??

Showed up at the store to find a sign taped to the deli counter saying “On break 15 minutes.” The two employees were sitting at a table eating. When we asked how much longer they were “on break”, they said 6 minutes. What kind of store is this that won’t serve customers so both employees can sit and eat together instead? There is zero management of this store. Ridiculous. The last time we came, the two teenagers working there had licked the doors 30 minutes before closing time.
