The lady didn't know how to run the register,Itwas just an iced chai tea latte and a decaf cold brew Americano. It was a sign.wanted to leave but,missed my chance.thenshe didn't know how to make the Americano, told us she thinks she made a mistake then seems she just poured regular coffee into the cup. I ordered iced chai tea latte but received iced milk with a slight cinnamon flavor. Tossed them out. was enjoying a nice slow vacation day but, that flew out the window. Will stick to a drive through Starbucks.
I’ve waited to post this review to make sure it wasn’t a one time occurrence. In the picture, I asked for a venti latte with an extra shot. I could taste no coffee, took off the lid, and saw this. I am sure they only added one shot, not an extra shot. This Tom Thumb Starbucks has been getting my order wrong multiple times. If you’re like me, don’t get coffee often and want a good treat, don’t come here. It most likely won’t be right.

Always great customer service and quick as can be when making a bunch of custom coffee orders for tons of people. We use the app to order ahead and have never had a problem.

Coffee is Waaaay too strong for my palate.

Both drinks made completely wrong. Guy who was working didn't even know the drink that was ordered and it was directly off the menu, nothing fancy.
