My friend went here this morning and waited in line, to be told that they didn't open until 8am but they had no sign out that displayed that. When she got up to the window the employee had an ugly attitude blaming my friend for ruining their "car line time" emplying that it was my friends fault when it's always the employee responsibility. They then made her coffee wrong and said it would be a 20 more minute wait for it. They said it was because she ruined their car time. My friend then asked for a refund and they still with an ugly attitude replied "I guess." And she didn't even receive a full refund. So unprofessional and disgusting. Starbucks need to get it together that is no way to run a business. If i could rate it 0 stars i would.
This starbucks charges 2x as much as other Flower Mound Locations. When I said something about it they had no idea what I was talking about. They’re not following the listed prices and entering the drinks in wrong to take tip money.
Busy location but the staff is always fast and very friendly.
This time I've been in line for almost 30 minutes at the drive thru and when I pulled up there were only 4 or so cars ahead of me. I've waited so long here a lot of times so be cautious of the drive theu for sure.
Coffee tasted burnt, but they happily brewed another that was good.

This is my go to Starbucks before work! The baristas here are so lovely, and my drinks are always perfect! I love this location!

There were flies inside the glass counter where food was displayed. I mentioned this to the staff and the response was, “We are aware, and there is not much we can do about it.”
Great service just need to have a better supply of larger long straws,
