As a member of the community of Flower Mound, I feel unsafe. I would have thought that because Smoothie King is based on health, and helping their customers stay healthy, that I would not hear such unsettling words come from a young gentleman’s mouth. As I was waiting for my smoothie to be made, I heard the gentleman remark that he doesn’t have his covid test results back yet. Keep in mind he was not wearing gloves. I felt so disgusted that I proceeded to throw away the smoothie the sick gentleman’s hands were on because I simply felt my health was in danger. I am quite frankly disgusted, and won’t be returning.

Not very good customer service. Went in and two young ladies working who didn’t know how to help with gift cards. They were more concerned about the young gentleman in the store than helping me.

I had two coupons that I used for my girls. They loved the kid drinks. The sample of the watermelon drink was delicious! We can't wait to go back!
