Well.....I am not that black person that would ever play the race card BECAUSE I am a black man, happily married for 37 years to my beautiful white wife but today's visit to Schlotzsky's # 862 in Flower Mound, really felt that way. The young man that took my order was very nice and customer service oriented when he took my order. As I waited, I noticed how welcoming and nice the other young man and young lady working in the front, were being with 4 other customers that came in and left, as I waited for my order to be completed. I noticed that these customers were greeted and as they left, were told thank you and have a good day. My order was finally completed, placed on the counter, and the buzzer I was holding was activated. As I walked up to the counter to get my order, neither of the 2 workers said a word to me. The person that placed my order on the counter had walked away. Both of the previously mentioned workers, that had given the other customers such good service, were standing there and never said a word to me. I stood there for at least 30 seconds, thinking that they would at least greet me and give me my order but I received nothing. I am a hard-working, black man and since we have lived in the Corinth area, that was only the 2nd time that I have ever felt that the color of my skin mattered. My wife and I have been to this location several times but as of today, we will be going the further distance to the Lewisville location. I can say that our order was correct and very tasty as usual. I only give this review to let management and the public know that that the world is changing but not fast enough.
I had the turkey bacon club and it was fresh and delicious. Restaurant was clean and organized.

poor education internet is wrong .they have chicken dumplings on the menu .i call them .they have no chicken dumplings they lie . .Manger is quite. But nice. They don't speak English. . They don't know what the menu. Is .but they should know the menu. Bc they work there. . They should be trained on it. . My husband ask them a simplequestion. About menu. People can't talk right they look like there scared.
If you are looking for a quick bite and need to get in and out quickly, this is the spot for you. During Covid my wife and I did a lot of take-out and curbside. Not many places do it well, but Schlotzsky's knocks it out of the park.They also have an amazing dining room that is always clean.
Delicious and pretty fast cook time! The bread is the best!
