Over $13 dollars for a small salad. They were out if half the stuff I normally put on my salads. Customer service, they don't know what that is! I should have just walked out. I will never go back!

Ordered a wrap which was wrapped very loosely and not cut properly ! As soon as I picked up my wrap all the salad fell out !!! If I wanted salad , I would’ve ordered that ! On top of the line moving slow , and the lack of customer service at the register . The coppell salata is way better and much more organized with tightly wrapped wraps !

Def not good experience. Takeout salad had corn and I am allergic. In addition found hair in friends salad. I won’t hurry back.

I love this place. The staff are friendly and work quickly. Never had a bad experience or salad. Its always fresh and clean. The peach lemonade is also great!

Food has always been good. The new remodel of the inside is brighter and fresher and makes it a much more updated venue.

They should charge more for the salads and less for the "protein"; food is always attractive & delicious, and I've not once been disappointed, except for how unkempt the dining area is - dirty dishes stacked on tables seemingly everywhere. Reason might be that the young people who work there haven't been taught "hospitality" - a concept, not a job description.

The salads are always fresh, all ingredients and dressing’s are of great taste. The only negative I have is employees are not consistent on the amount they serve you, but you can just asked for more of what ever they didn’t serve you enough.

*Hair In Food* So, I took my girlfriend to the local Salata in Highland Village/Flower Mound. Staff was friendly enough, and food tasted great until my girlfriend found not one, but TWO HAIRS in the lower half of her salad. I took it up to the counter to show the cashier what we found…. And they offered us another salad…. Obviously, we were grossed out, so we declined and left. In hindsight, I should’ve asked for a refund, but didn’t really care enough to ask as it wasn’t immediately offered by the manager. Needless to say, we won’t be back.
