Good deep dish style pizza!Make sure to get a smaller size than you normally do at other pizza places. I made the mistake of not downsizing a typical order for us and ended up with over 10 pounds of pizza. We definitely had some leftovers (which do reheat well FYI). Also try to plan ahead as it takes almost 30-45 of prep time before your pizza is ready.
We are huge Rosati's fans, so always looking for a new, closer location near home or travel. We first came in on the lunch hour to find this location is carryout or delivery, only (no dining area.) A planned return, knowing we had to travel home 30 mins, we brought insulated bags. Pizza was as expected - delicious, well cheesed and sauced and authentic Italian sausage. Don't mess around with that silly deep dish - go for the original, thin crust Rosati's. You won't be disappointed! PS - added an Italian Board salad at pick up. They make it fresh with dressing on the side.
We just moved to FT Worth and wanted to try Rosati's based on a family friend recommendation. We had NO idea the Flower Mound location was out of the delivery area for us and the FT Worth location wasn't available yet. So we ordered from Flower Mound online and they delivered it to us hot and delicious! This was above and beyond customer service and we are SO very thankful to them. The pizza and wings were really good. We well DEFINITELY order again, but pick it up ourselves next time. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR SUCH EXCELLENT FOOD AND SERVICE! 5 stars all the way.
Pizza is excellent. I have had both thin and deep dish.
My daughter and her family ordered a pizza to be picked up last weekend and when they got there, was told the credit card machine was not working and they are only taking cash. My son-in-law went to the car but only had $20 cash. The employee checked with the owner but was told they would not accept $20 for the pizza since it was around $29. I couldn't believe it when they told us this situation. They weren't informed they would need to cash when they ordered the pizza and normally pay by credit card. It was not their fault the credit card machine was down. If the management had accepted the $20 for the pizza due to the situation, they would have a customer for life. Now Rosati's has lost two customers because we will not be back either if this is the way customers are treated.
I used Rosati’s to celebrate one our our employee’s retirement. I had no idea what to order and the lady on the phone was so helpful with her suggestions. The pizza was delicious! I will do business with them again and recommend them to anyone looking for great Chicago style pizza!
Best pizza I ever had ! I rate this place a 10
This was our first try of Rosatti’s Pizza and we were NOT disappointed! We lived in Chicago for 9 years and have been longing for a good deep dish pizza for the decade we have lived in Dallas. It was amazing! It’s a legit deep dish option for those living in the DFW area. We will definitely be back soon!
Horrible management/ownership at this store. My wife, son, and I drove from Denton to pick up a pizza tonight. When I arrived, I swiped my card and was walking out when the employee called me back and told me the credit card machine was down and it was cash only tonight. Like most people, I don't carry cash. The employee asked the manager who said there was nothing they could do. I went out to my car and found a $20 and went back in and told them I had that. The manager called the owner who said there was no way I was getting the pizza. Realizing the customer service was non existent, I left since I had a crying kid in the car by this point. I understand things happen, but you made no attempt to take care of a customer who drove and planned to spend money at your location. If the credit card machine was not working, that is something you should tell your customers when they order. We drove down 1171 and luckily Enzos got us a pizza in 10 minutes.I will never return to Rosati's. You've lost a customer.
We followed some foodies reviews and drove here from Hurst, Tx for our very first Chicago-Style pizza. It did not disappoint, pizza was very good. Take out only, no dine in, so we drove to a nearby park and enjoyed our pizza at a picnic table on a nice spring day.
