Great Food and service. You can taste the difference in the farm fresh ingredients.
Hunter, our server and barista, was new to me. Nonetheless, he was charming and fixed me an excellent Tito's martini, just as I wanted. I enjoyed the oysters and my friend liked the hamburger. I plan on returning sometime in the near future and hope that Hunter is there at that time. I look forward to the smoked salmon sandwich.
Absolutely wonderful! Food was outstanding, our server was spectacular and the ambiance made for a perfect double date night with friends. Chef came out to talk to us after the meal which was so nice and unexpected. Highly recommend Prime! We will be back!
To begin with, the food was very good. However, we were not happy to find out that they have a set menu. It's a 3-course meal for $60 per person from a short selection of food items. Although the food was very good, we didn't feel that the environment matched the food. Smaller restaurant so felt crowded. My wife and I were dressed up and others were in there in t-shirts and shorts. If I'm coming to a restaurant and paying over $200 once you add the drinks and gratuity, I would hope that the environment would match, but it didn't. I can get a better environment for this same price point at like Perry's.
The sun was very bright every time someone opened the door. Not enough menu choices.

Food and service are outstanding. $20 for a shot of regular is not.
Celebrating bday. Thought there would at least be a candle in his dessert.
