I ordered via online for pick up. My order was ready within 15 minutes. When I arrived I was shocked to see only one spot for curbside pickup. I tapped "I'm here" from the confirmation email & an associate was to my vehicle in less than 2 minutes. She was very friendly & enjoyed that I had my dog & asked to pet her. Food was hot & delicious!
So I just want to start off by saying this is my first time having Papa John's pizza. I arrived at the store close to closing time and the first thing I noticed was how clean they place was which is rare to be a pizza place. Also, the staff was so friendly and greeted me with a smile on their face and I loved seeing how professional they was with each other. Now the pizza I didn't have high expectations in the beginning because I always known little Caesars they have always been my go to when I need a pizza. Well it's fair to say I was WRONG because after I took that first bite I my taste buds went off. The pizza was cooked to perfection and yes I have had pizza under cooked. I originally got the pizza for my husband well now it's mines. So I wanted to write this review to say thank you for exceeding my expectations with my first experience with Papa John's pizza. This place is my new go to when I need a pizza.
This Papa John's location is my favorite because of their friendly service staff. Me and my 3 sons have ordered from here at least 4 times in the past 7 months and have been served with honest courtesy, from smiling employees with perfect pizzas, breadsticks and twice we ordered brownies that came made to perfection. Please keep up the great attitudes, production and fair prices that keep my family happy and satisfied every visit. I highly recommend this Papa John's location specifically if you like great pizza offered with great attitudes.
Ordered a pizza and it said 77-87 minutes for delivery. Called when I saw the pizza was ready for delivery (tracking). I was told door dash was delivering it. Door dash finally brought the wrong order so I refused it.Called Papa Johns and was told that they were sending me a new order and I'd have it in 15 minutes. Told me I would get it free plus receive a credit.I called back later to see what happened to my pizza. I was told it just left.Got a call later from door dash wanting to know if I had received my pizza. The driver went to pick it up and she was told it already left.That pizza never arrived.I don't think this is a door dash problem. This is a Papa John's management problem. Sending out the wrong orders and losing the orders drivers attempt to pick up for delivery.This Papa John's needs a new manager, and door dash drivers should avoid working with this store.
I uncheck the box to leave the pizza at the door but the deliverer still left the pizza on the doormat. I didn't receive a notification that it was there until 15 minutes later and the pizza was cold.
Asked for well done and it came barely cooked with scant toppings unevenly distributed. They passed the delivery off to doordash and it arrived late and cold. Their refund policy is needlessly complicated and it was too late at night to pursue anyway. Instead, we won't be ordering again.
Bad delivery and cutomer service
Shrinking the garlic butter tubs is a bad corporate decision and not cool. Dominos and Marco's from here on out.
ordered at 7:23 called they told me it would be sent out in 20 minutes, waited till 8:30 maybe it’s just busy right? they said my ordered had BEEN DELIVERED! then when i said it hadn’t their only options were to wait ANOTHER HOUR for another pizza or just void the order so i won’t be getting papa john’s from here anymore even tho it’s my favorite restaurant. you offered no solutions at all.
The one thing I always look forward to is the honey mustard dipping sauce I request with the breadsticks. Twice in a row they've forgotten it. Other than that, the food is good.
