Tiniest portion ever. Had like 4 pieces of tiny chicken and the rest of the bowl was just rice. Sick of restaurants ripping people off.
One of my order was 2 entree & 1 side but received only 1 side & 1 entree item. I understand this maybe an accident but, what my money? You can easily do this on delivery and get away with it. I have lost my money I can only see this as cheating!
I very seldom leave a bad review for any business but I felt this one was more than justified. Arrived at 8:50pm to get my sick 6 year old daughter and my wife some rice and chicken and they literally had one scoop of rice left and about a scoop and half of orange chicken. THATS IT. The lady said "this is all we have left" and in my head I'm thinking "I know there's a shortage of everything right now but rice, seriously?" I politely asked if they were out of rice or of they just didn't want to make more rice, and she that they have more rice but they're closing the kitchen down, mind you this is 40 minutes before they close. I understand if I come in 5 minutes before closing but 40 mins is a little absurd to not have anything left. Luckily the manager came over and told me they could make more rice it will only take 5 minutes if I was willing to wait. AS IM WAITING FOR RICE ONE LADY MOSIES HER WAY TO THE DOOR AND PROCEEDS TO LOCK IT. Right there above the lock in large bold letters it reads "THIS DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS." She walked by me while I was still waiting and told me to just let her know when I was leaving and she would let me out the door. If I hadn't paid already I would have just told her to let me out now I'll go somewhere else. I'm sorry but I will not be giving this establishment my money ever again.
Having the lobby close makes it difficult for those who are at work looking for a quick bite. Should heed my car to get food.
It was my first time shopping at a Panda Express and the first time I bought at a Panda Express they treat me badly and have no patience when taking my order. and the forks come without a bag something that I do not consider igienic!
Worst food ever. We got there when they first opened and expected fresh, hot food. What we got tasted old and stale. The orange chicken was so hard we couldn't eat it. Very disappointing ?
Customer service is usually nice but Daniela seemed like she hated her job. She spoke very rudely.

Tried it today ( kung pao and black pepper) both of them were bad. They were not fresh and very old. Especially chicken and vegatables. Better place pei wei where we get freshly cooked food
