Delivered promptly and freshly prepared, delicious dishes. My family loves the To Go experience. I wish they served the wonton soup and Orange Peel Chicken, but it is all good.
Well 1st time here… not sure about it. No fountain drinks …. Been here a while hope food is good since it was just as pricey as P.F. Chang’s. Like 70 bucks “for fast food”. Plastic plates and utensils.. love P.F. Chang’s but due to price only go there every once in a while. Wish this would have been a better experience ….
I will qualify my review by stating that I used to work at PF Chang's. I don't usually write bad reviews, but this location is a shadow of the actual restaurant. In a blind test, I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between here and a Panda Express, except here is 3x the price. The Crab Wontons were way over fried and the sauce had a metallic taste to it. The Chang's Chicken was mostly flower, over sauced, and had only a little chicken inside that was dry, overcooked, and sinewy. The Lo Mein noodles were mushy, with no firmness to them and had mushy chicken on top. As a person that used to love PF Chang's, my wife and I were very disappointed with our experience here, especially regarding the price!
The Chang spicy chicken was great, but the crispy honey shrimp was way over cooked and they gave me a very small amount of fried rice on the side. The other meal I ordered came with a generous portion, but the shrimp was a little disappointing for $20+
I ordered for a family of 4 meal at approximately 4:30 pm today. Got an order confirmation email stating the food would get delivered at 5:06 PM. Waited for half an hour after the supposed delivery time but it wasn’t delivered. I called the restaurant and was told my order was accidentally given to another driver. He apologized and said he’d get that reordered and would be delivered to the correct address. Waited for another hour and delivery never showed up. Tried calling again and was put on hold for 30 minutes. I finally gave up. I’d say don’t order delivery. Better pick up the order yourself or go eat at the restaurant.
I was so excited to see that this location was opening up not far from me. My very first order was large & complex with several substitutions. I ordered online and was pleasantly surprised that our entire order was accurate. As soon as I walked in I was warmly greeted by the entire staff, yes I said the entire staff! I asked for extra condiments for a couple of items in my order and they didn’t even flinch at all; Moreover, they were very accommodating. I was really excited to see the amount of options available since this is just a pick up order spot for P.F. Chang’s. There were plenty of my faves on the menu from the dine in locations. We ordered the Mongolian beef, lettuce wraps, Korean glass noodles, Chang’s ribs, fried rice, white rice, kung pao shrimp & beef broccoli. Everything was fresh, stayed warm & delicious! Thanks for an amazing first experience and can’t wait to go back again. I’ll be ordering some of my usuals but also will try additional items.
The service was terrible. The two adolescent boys working the register thought it was quite funny” when they called me Stephan, or Stephanie when my name is clearly spelled Stephen. We were on the board to be next for our food to be ready.- then the manager comes out (after we sat for thirty minutes) and she tells us we will not be served since of the boys complained about how I handled me correcting them on my name. Please PF CHANGS feel free to contact me to let me know how your corporation feels about losing one customer that will tell this story over and over again. FYI…. they need a new manager thanks again for the lovely service
****Follow up: I just got a response from "Nadia" at PF Changs. She gave me an explanation that was not in line with what the manager told me and, in short, blamed me for not understating why the wait time was extreme.**** I ordered online at about 5:40 pm, when I arrived at the store, about six minutes later, I found out that my order would not be ready until 7:15 pm. It is not reasonable to expect people to wait 1:15 for take out food. I spoke with the manager and he cancelled my order. The store might get away with this level of service now since the store just opened, but once the new wears off, nobody is going to wait that long for carry out.
Shrimp fried rice was edible, but tasted more like it came from a Tex-Mex kitchen than an Asian one. It totally lacked that wonderful,”authentic” cured wok taste. Portion size was generous..
This is the best restaurant I have ever visited! The food is amazing! I thought for a chain restaurant it would be bland but there are a lot of great options and the ambience is pretty well controlled and amazing. Great for dates or celebrations!
