Called an order in to-go, waited 30 mins from the time I ordered until I went up to the workers to ask when my order would be ready. My food was sitting there ready for 15 mins while they let it get cold and gave me a child’s portion of fries for an adult meal
The Mushroom Swiss burger was great! The chips are thin and crispy. It was a very busy Sunday afternoon and we had virtually no wait!
we stopped in expecting the usual high quality but my wife's burger bun was very dry. I asked for another bun but the shift manager overheard and asked if I wanted a whole new burger even though my wife had taken a couple bites. his attention to customer satisfaction and our experience kept our opinion of this store a 5 star. thank you!

Maybe it was a bad day. I was underwhelmed by the soggy, squashed bun, and the cheeseburger with only cheese on it, no lettuce or tomato. Fries were good. My keto was great.
Had a great lunch with kids. Super friendly employees. Appreciated the healthy swap options for the burgers! The Turkey burger on iceberg “bun” was delish. Kids loved the shakes too.

Drove 20 minutes away for no reason. Ordered through the app for a scheduled pick up time. I was there on time and when I received my burger it was so soggy I had to throw it away. Not to mention it was poorly made with barely any lettuce on it. You’re better off going to in N out where they actually care about their customers.
First time here and will be my last. Bag of fries were dripping in grease and were completely burnt. Hamburgers were scorched as well along with being completely squished. Not for sure someone working there thought this was funny or its a reflection of the company!
Burgers are always good but on the expensive side. Worth it because the fries are so good, except today, must have gotten a batch that had been sitting a while as they were not hot or fresh tasting, and both burgers were delivered to the table without the cheese we paid for. Don't love having to send something back to be handled again.
