I write a lot of reviews and I've never had to write a bad review. I ordered two bowls of tortilla soup via Uber eats. What I got was two bowls of liquid. No meat just liquid with a few kernels of corn in it a few peas. Very disappointing that I paid for the liquid.
Had such a great experience this far, the ambiance is great and you can tell as soon as you walk in. The Tex-Mex food looks like any other but they taste completely different than all the other Tex-Mex restaurants which is very distinguishable and keeps me coming back. The food and drinks combined are great, they have a nice variety of alcohol so that is another plus.The waiters here are all helpful, they come by and ask how we do and also recommend new items to widen our pallet. The manager Gerardo was very attentive with all the clients and truly felt the genuine care when talking to him.AMAZING place if you’re in the area!
Excellent place to eat!.If you are ever looking for a new Tex-Mex place I would definitely recommend Menas.The staff is very nice and attentive, they always make sure you are well taken care of.Would definitely come here again. :)
Visited on 2/21/22Had the veggie enchiladas. They were wonderful! I literally could have had another order! So good!My friend had the chicken fajita enchiladas and loved them as well.Service was great too.I'll be back soon!
For the past day, I've been thinking of anything positive I can say about my experience on Sunday, 2/20/22, and sadly I cannot. To preface this review I will say I grew up in Texas, lived all over this state, and a lived in a few others. I've gone into a place expecting mediocre or subpar Mexican food, but I believe this is the most disappointing I've ever been in a Mexican food restaurant, given the reviews. Don't trust any of the people below reviewing this place.Experience: Wife and I are moving near this location so we wanted to try some of the restaurants nearby. I was torn between this and Craft Pies; I should have chosen the Pies! Upon entry I felt something was amiss, despite it being Sunday afternoon the location didn't seem busy and we didn't get hit with any smell of Mexican food as soon as we entered. We were seated at a table, a table that had a really wobbly top and the waiter tried to adjust instead of sitting us at another table. He begrudgingly moved us to another table they did brings chips and salsa. While the salsa was okay, the chips aren't made there, they are packaged chips. After looking at the menu my wife decided to split an order of fajitas, no alcohol because we like to make sure food is solid before giving alcohol money to a location. The waiter didn't ask if we wanted corn or flour tortillas nor if we wanted charo or refried beans. The food came out surprisingly quick and when we started eating we immediately noticed something.1) The fajitas were not sizzling nor did they seem like they had any moisture.2) The fajitas were dry and the bed of onions seemed like they had been microwaved warm.3) No steam raising from the fajitas.4) The rice was bland and dry, with little to no flavor.5) We were given refried beans and they even lacked flavor.6) We were given 3 flour tortillas and not asked if we wanted extra.7) There were no top-ups on salsa or chips, nor were we asked.8) When we did ask for some tortillas, just 2 corn tortillas, they said orders were in 3s.9) Then we were charged 60 cents for 3 corn tortillas.10) Despite not being busy there was some trash on the floor that wasn't cleaned.While we didn't want to make a fuss when they asked how everything was and just said, "okay". By no means was this service okay. Let me put it like this, avoid this place as I can explain all the above upon reflection.1. The fajitas were likely someone's previous old abandoned order, which means this is something they are commonly doing to save money.2. At worst this means things are pre-bought or pre-cooked and they are just warming them up without maintaining proper temperatures.3. The bad, wobbly table means they aren't keeping up with maintenance.4. The experience with the tortillas doesn't sit well with me to be honest, these aren't homemade or tortillas from scratch. These are 100% store bought, I understand a restaurant wants to make money, but this is not the way chief.Finally it also comes down to experience and kindness, we never felt the waiter cared and it seemed they just wanted their shift to be over. We never asked for much outside changing tables and didn't complain or make a fuss, and even then the staff was busy chatting to each other instead of tending to customers.Given the level of service and the poor food, just save yourself money and go to the nearby Taco Bueno, or in-fact just go hit up your nearby Rosas or something to that extent. This experience only makes me thankful I didn't get food poisoning. Let it be known that no gift card or apology will ever make me come back until I know the management or staff changes here. You can feel free to refund me though, but this review isn't coming down. If they do care about customer experience feel free to reach out to me, and we can schedule a call or something. Until then, change your name to Menos, at least then people will know that when they walk in the doors, they will have a Lesser experience than a fast food Mexican restaurant. Go somewhere e

Outdoor seating was excellent ambience. Love that they were able to bring out a gas heater to keep warm :)
Fresh and modern should not be the only two things a restaurant should strive for. While the food was fresh and the atmosphere was charming, the actual dishes lack the love and soul that you’d expect. However, if you enjoy margaritas, you may drink enough and forget this disappointing fact, as they are delicious. Great drinks with generous pours, but sadly, a forgettable menu.
The service here has always been above and beyond . We love the beef fajitas and beef fajita nachos . The chipotle tacos are also very good . The meat is always tender and fresh, we also love their table side guacamole !! We will be back again !
