Customer service is slow, but it always is at this location.

I’ve NEVER been to a Mc Donald's where the employees are so nice that it makes you want to come back again and again! I experienced the BEST late night service last night! Food was amazing and hot and the manager Jasmine was great! I will definitely be back!

Last night I came through the drive thru and I was greeted with the nicest voice. I got to the window and the young lady Jasmine was the friendliest person I’ve witnessed at a Mc Donald’s drive through! Thank you Jasmine for being my ray of sunshine

Jasmine is pretty social and has a very bubbly personality which really helps pass the time, reminded me of myself when i worked fast food LOL!

I hate it when people cut you off when you're trying to make an order through a drive-through. How about You wait for the customer to finish speaking before you cut them off. Online it says that they are open until 1 AM. I got to the drive-thru speaker, and they told me they were closed up for the night. It was only 11 PM. Look, I understand every place is closing early now because of Covid and a shortage of workers, but please adjust your hours online if you are going to turn people away two hours before you close.

0 STARS!!!!!!If I could give 0 stars, I definitely would. I went there to order 3 kids meals , and 1 combo burger meal, 1 frappe.At the window, I was given a shake. That was clearly not what I ordered I just asked for them to obviously remake. Then I had to wait longer than expected because I had to pull out and wait for them to come give it to me. When I got home the kids meals didn't have their drinks, ( ridiculous especially since there is an up charge for apple juice)and the Burger meal was not how it was originally requested. I called to clarify, because I wanted a refund and I was told that if I couldn't come at that moment that I would need to just come a different time and speak to a different manager. I tried to tell that manager to let the next manager coming on shift know what happened so I wouldn't have to explain myself. It took almost a week of driving there several times, until I could finally get my refund. It's absolutely ridiculous, when McDonald's is a franchise that you have to wait to get a refund. I also had concerns over the cashiers ability to take orders, since he was obviously under the influence of drugs. I brought this up to the manager and of course they didn't care which you should care especially when these employees are handling customers money. If you take your business to this establishment please definitely reconsider keeping a closer eye to your debit card. This was pretty close to the worst customer service that I have ever received. Especially since I had to explain myself several times and even had to get off to get a refund because I was inconveniencing them. AWEFUL AWEFUL AWEFUL!!!!!!CUSTOMER SERVICE LIKE THIS INFURIATES ME, especially because I live off providing excellent customer service for my job!!!!

I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit for breakfast. It was hot, freshly made, and delicious. I need to swing by again on my next trip into Highland Village.
