Small wait because they were busy, but worth it. Always delicious and the staff is very nice. Will continue to visit weekly!
Ben was super helpful and welcoming when we arrived. We let him know we had a nut allergy in our group and he was super helpful in offering to layer the toppings with the icecream because he said “everyone deserves the marble slab experience” thanks again Ben for the A++ service!(:
I needed an ice cream cake on short notice for work and he let me pick it up about an hour before they even opened. This location has earned all my future business.

Worst experience ever! My kids begged us to go get ice cream so we drove to the flower mound marble slab all the way from Denton! We got there at 840pm waited 40 mins to only be treated as we were a problem ordering ice cream. The girl taking our order literally rolled her eyes bc my daughter asked for cherries in her cotton candy ice cream.Then we asked if they had more sweet cream she told us no they were out. So we began ordering a different flavor (coconut) only for the other girl to bring out sweet cream ?!! So I said, I would rather the sweet cream! She slammed the ice cream scoopers down! I said well we asked for sweet cream first, you are the one who said you were out. Her response to that was we were. ? Um! Well clearly that’s not true bc there is an entire pan of it and that’s the flavor we would like! So she mixes the flavors together yuck ?! I spent $25 to just throw it in the trash. Do yourself a favor go down to Baskin Robbins a half mile down the road. The ice cream was much better!Just because you haven’t had anyone say anything unkind about them doesn’t mean we are exaggerating anything. I walked in at 837 to be exact and my receipt says 916. By doing the math that’s exactly 40 mins again not exaggerated I wouldn’t waste my energy letting other patrons know how terrible my service was. Thank you taking the time to call me a liar and not even respond to the fact of how your employees made your customer feel. Perfect response for all your guest to see that you could careless about how we were made to feel. I have also been to your shop may of times and this is the second time I have been In with the ice cream gummy. But ok ? I was a ? paying patron I was the last guest of the night I also recorded after the first eye roll. But since they are kids I did t feel it was best to post it. I too have a small business and know how important reviews and patrons are. I would never tell a guest they exaggerated the experience. Wow!
This place used to be friendly, but last few weeks, employees are very rude. Only one employee many times and the way they ask or the way they roll the eyes when asked for toppings or when we try to change orders. They keep banging the tongs on the table and close the doors too loud. Not a good experience these days.

I was so incredibly disappointed to see an employee with his mask around his chin when I walked in to purchase my ice cream with my 8yo son. This employee was handling the ice creams without gloves as well. There are currently no pediatric ICU beds left in the county, and I wanted to take my son out for a simple ice cream cone to celebrate the start of school. My son cannot currently be vaccinated. This employee ruined our entire outing. I am sad to see that Marble Slab does not have a better policy for ALL of their employees. **both female employees wore their masks appropriately while we were there, and respected clientele’s health and safety**

My son and I share a love of ice cream and we love marble slab BUT the last several times we've been in there's only one employee and its so incredibly slow. Im not sure why only one employee is on duty right after dinner time. We waited nearly 15 minutes and were no closer to ordering. We eventually left and went to another ice cream shop.
