Food is amazing and worth the wait. Plan time extra time in for the experience. I read other reviews which complained about the wait time. We ordered a couple of sides and they came before the meal. Knowing there would be a wait going in, we enjoyed out time talking and nibbling on the fried and humus and tabouli. When the entrees came, just as we were finishing the sides, we really enjoyed our meals. Many places your appetizers come out, less than 5 minutes your entree comes out. I always have to decide which I allow to get cold. Here I was able to enjoy both the appetizer and then the entree, but were hot and wonderful. The price is reasonable for the food and freshness and quality. One can eat comfortably vegan/veg or have meat, either way leaving full and satisfied. Hibiscus tea is almost a must! And the baklava is an absolute must! Rather than complain about the amount of time, I would suggest going with the intent to commune and take time to enjoy your meal and the tastes rather than the standard rush through the meal to get somewhere else. Again the taste and quality are worth the experience.
We love the food here! The people are nice as well. My only complaint is that when I dine in, I want to eat off of a plate. We dined in and my food came in a take out container. I get that they have a lot of pick up and delivery orders, but please offer diners in your restaurant a real plate.
The food is fine but the music is SO BAD. I can’t stand to be in this restaurant for more than 5 minutes. Please stop playing generic garbage from 2012. I’d rather hear nothing. Seriously, nobody wants to listen to Adele and melodramatic pop music. Change the music. Literally anything would be better.
This place needs more salad options to me. Their tea is good. I enjoyed the strawberry one. It wasn't too sweet. Or not sweet enough. I would go back for the tea. The hummus was good too.
ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! The service was more than exceptional and the food was ON POINT! Sarah and the entire staff went above and beyond to accommodate me and the clients behind me. Wonderful work! 10 out of 10 in my eyes!
I really wanted to like this place as it’s not too far from where we live. We had a huge issue with the portion size. I got maybe 5 small pieces of meat and the veggies were burnt to a crisp. My steak plate pretty much was just rice.
Staff was great. I've never had Mediterranean food before. Quite bland. There's literally a LaMadeline next door. This was just thick tortillas with attempted flavored paste to go with it.
So I absolutely love the food at Luna. But today me and my wife went in to get food and had a horrible experience. Someone spent 30 mins not exaggerating, 30 mins ordering. After that they answered their phones and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that we had been waiting there for so long. So we just walked out with no service. Love the food but I’m pretty sure I’m done eating there because the service sucks
This is a very friendly and professional establishment. The food is great, first time here eating and it was a great experience dinning. I recommend this to all Mediterranean food lovers 100% satisfaction all around!
So fresh and always so good , the chicken kabobs are so tender and juicy! We enjoy eating here and love that it is a healthy option for our family when we eat out or to go .
