I was pleasantly surprised. I was expecting wings but instead had big pieces of breast and thigh meat. Cooked to perfection...extra crispy. I ordered the honey garlic style. As soon as I walked in the door with it my family surrounded me. What is that amazing smell. They devoured every bite and asked me to go get more. A real treat. I had to wait while they cooked my order.....it was still super hot even after the drive home. Can't wait to try the rest of the menu.
After craving Korean chicken.....after leaving Mad about chicken after getting seated gor over 15 min and not being waited on.....we came here!Glad we did. It was very good. Got the half chicken with sweet and spicy and medium boneless with soy garlic. Staff/owners super nice and attentive. Lots left over. Onion rings were yummy too!!!
I would say the food was overall good. I think a 3 star is too low of a rating, and a 4 star is too high. I would say 3.5 but im rounding up to 4 stars. The fried rice was extremely weird. It just didnt seem like regular fried rice? The steamed rice was fine. The chicken ISNT crispy, so if thats what you are looking for then this isnt the place. The chicken was really good though. You do get a lot for what you pay so I understand the price, but i dont think the food is worth the price that much. Im not really sure if i will be back or not. The soy garlic chicken is what i got and i did really enjoy it. My boyfriend got the too spicy chicken and he said it was the perfect amount of spicy but he was sad that it wasnt crispy. He thought that overall the chicken was ok. Not sure if we will be back or not. Its up for a debate i guess.
Originally, I was gonna get tacos but decided to try this place out. The ambience was a bit lacking, so I was about to leave. Fortunately, I didn't. The food was pretty quick (5-10min), and it tasted really good. The chicken was juicy, skin was crisp, and the sauce was really good. My only complaint is that that the breading could have used a bit more seasoning. So for the most part, this place was really enjoyable to eat at.
This location is tough to rate! It's a slight twist on what people would think of chicken tenders mixed with boneless wings adding an Asian twist.Pros: large portions, friendly, clean, pickled radishes were a pleasant surprise! Lots of TVs and they're all on different channels (sports). Good flavor on chicken and fries were cooked well (golden crunchy outside fluffy inside). The wait time after ordering wasn't excessive, but we were the only ones dining at that time. Some people complain about the wait, but it's fried chicken...it takes time to cook!Cons: Expensive! Everything is ordered separately and sides are $3-4.50. Fries were cooked well but over salted as seen in the picture. The fried rice was poor quality. They have it precooked sitting in an open air warmer. It tastes and looks like they put frozen peas, carrots and corn in it and it was very dry.Overall: It was an ok place to visit and nice to try something new. I probably won't be back for a second try.
Immediately the atmosphere was friendly and the two ladies were super friendly. Chicken was crispy, flavorful, and yummy! Will definitely come back again ? the fries were super good also!
OMG...if u r looking to try K-Chicken, this is the place to go. These chicken are very juicy and various flavors to choose from, but my favorite were Spicy n garlic soy sauce. Very legit Korean chicken in the area! Yum yum yum!
Soooo delicious and big portions! We got the spicy garlic and sweet and spicy. We liked the soy garlic the most. We called ahead for pickup and it only took 20 minutes to be ready. Delicious and very authentic.
This was delicious and very authentic. Just like the real “chi-mek” places in Korea! The chicken was delicious and piping hot! He made it fresh for us in 15 minutes for carry out. Fried rice and steamed rice so good. And the fries were perfect—crispy and salty and hot!
The garlic soy chicken was incredible! They made it fresh and it was hot even after driving home. The medium was enough to split, portions were generous and price was low. Will definitely be returning!
