A few minutes before 9pm, I placed an online order for delivery, thinking I was ordering from the JJ on Main St. (closes at 10pm) as I knew the Crosstimbers location, closer to me, closed at 9pm.It wasn't until they called to tell me the tea had already been disposed and asked what other drink I wanted. That's when I realized I ordered from the wrong JJ's.They not only took our online order and made it, they were so kind to deliver it, all after they had already closed.Thank you so much JJ and the young lady who made and delivered (Santana?) our food!! Very impressive and so appreciated!!5 stars all the way!!
Every time I walk into this location I am greeted by young staff that looks annoyed I just came through the door. I'm not expecting excellent customer service from a sandwich place but at least make your customers feel welcomed.If you ask for any extras, prepare for further annoyed looks like you are putting them out. They also do not take the time to add any markings to the wrappers of each sandwich you order so you only know which is which after you open them.The store in Lewisville off of Round Grove road ? Night and day comparison. That crew is pleasant and kind as you interact with them and they take the time to always mark sandwiches. I have literally been going to this location that is further away from me just to avoid the Flower Mound location for months. I thought I'll give them a try again, maybe things have changed. Nope. Still the same. Will be using the Lewisville location permanently moving forward.
Love it! Taste great! Sometimes the bread is a Lil stale, but for the most part, they get your sandwich correct with all the fixings and they taste fantastic!
Visited today after years. The sandwich is good but this location's staff needs more training. There is a line for taking orders while there are 6 people in the kitchen. Two of them are checking on their smartphone. Not paying attention to the customer who was waiting in a line. Nothing changed last time I visited. Wish there is another JJ in our neighborhood so that we do not have to come to this particular place.
The place was very dirty trash all over the floor it stunk and they got my sandwich wrong
I just ordered delivery from this location and the girl, Sofie, was SO sweet and wanted to make sure she got everything right. I love this location's staff and appreciate all the hard work they put in.
Order here a few times a week - a good location. Staff is highly competent and are quick to remedy mistakes.
Go to a different location.I Placed an order for 3 sandwiches, and it’s now been an hour and 10 minutes. Order is still not delivered and when I called to inquire on the delay (20 minutes ago) they told me the driver was “on the way”.Not using this location again. This is the third time and each time they get more and more “delayed”

After deciding to write a review; I looked over the other reviews and this location is right on par with 99% of the other reviews. Except, I gave it 2 starts rather than one.First things first, “this place needs more training” and by training I mean shut the location down and send your managers and associates to customer service 101. Not only were the associates making sandwiches confused on orders and the jimmy john process; the “manager(s)” or whoever was in-charge needs to learn about communication toward employees and the actual paying customer service industry. Honestly, this location is jokingly said to be ran by a bunch of millennials; by which I mean entitled, problem solving inept, and lack of chivalry towards paying customers.About our experience: the order was wrong from the get-go. So, I took the order to the cash register and stated the issues. 2 wrong sandwiches (which I found out later the 3rd sandwich was wrong too but my daughter ate it because she was too tired to deal with sandwich issues) and 1 missing sandwich. The “manager” was rude and scalding under his mask. He couldn’t understand why a plain turkey would need lettuce when the customer asks for it; so inconceivable! The manager literally wanted to stomp his foot and sigh. Not one time did he ever say we are sorry and we will make the order right; in fact I can’t remember anyone in the place taking the time to say we will make this right and/or I’m sorry. Anyways, the order was not right and that’s what it is. Then they tried to re-make sandwiches and the staff was confused to which who was making what sandwiches. It was embarrassing....In the end, the food was adequate but service left us to say we will spend our money elsewhere.We did get a thank you from one of the associates on the way out (he must have been in the back the whole time) but nothing from the manager or anyone that helped us with our order. I can see why this place is rocking the one and two star reviews. I gave two stars because in the end we did get the sandwiches that were Jimmy’s quality and taste; but I can see why they get one star reviews at this location. I’ll pay more for better service any day. Very disappointed.03/25/21 Just an update to my review.I was contacted by Jimmy John's corporate and they seemed like it was important to fix any concerns or issues that we experienced during our visit. Emails were direct and a corporate review was asked which I filled out and sent ( I took time to fill out "Your review platform to evaluate your restaurant franchise"). No response yet back from corporate. Corporate also stated that this was a "locally" owned establishment and not corporate franchise. I've never heard anything from the franchisee or anyone related to the location ask about further inquiry to our experience or that they were going to fix anything moving forward.This is what I am taking away from this experience.....I came, I saw, they heard my complaint and onto the next customer.....very disappointed. Now that corporate got involved and nothing happened this makes me want to not ever go to a Jimmy John's. Jimmy is definitely showing his true colors. I can get a freaky fast sub anywhere with much better quality at a better price-point with much better customer service; the choices are vast. I'm available to contact again if anyone from corporate would like to talk about this event more. Now you get 1 star.
