Really disappointed, we really enjoyed Jets and since it further away only get it once every few months. I placed an order via text per the website. Received a confirmation that the pizza would be ready in 20 minutes. I drove from 25 minutes away, only to find out they hadn't even started to make it and it would be a 40 minute wait... If ordering online would call to confirm or try another location.
Pizzas one of the best around! BUT seriously jets your online ordering is a nightmare in one ongoing pestering area! I've had points building up for ages that I'm apparently never allowed to use for some unknown reason. I ALWAYS END UP HAVING TO CALL MY ORDER IN. Please address this lingering issue and my rating will change!

This is the best pizza in my neighborhood by far. The crust is amazing and so much better than the other delivery pizzas. The cheesy crunchiness in the crust is a great texture contrast to the softer center. High quality toppings and generously portioned. I never order from another pizzeria. Jet's is the best.
I didn't know what Detroit style pizza was until I saw it described on YouTube. So, I had to try Jets. Was not disappointed, it's now one of my favorite local pizza places! I only wished they delivered to my house, but it is worth a drive to pick up.
Good Pizza Pizza. Well made the dough was fresh and cheese was plenty full. Baked properly. I have. Nothing against their pizza loved it honestly and will buy it again.That said it wasn't the best pizza either.I think I have eaten better pizzas with better quality sauces and mozzarella.To sum it up it's better then your papa or hut or dominosBut not as good as Carmine's or Goodfellas vino pizzaria
This was our first time ordering from Jets. We were not disappointed! The Small Detroit deep dish was delicious and we will order again!
What a great pizza place. It is incredibly affordable and great pizza. We love the detroit style deep dish. The crust is awesome and so flavorful. This is our new pizza joint!
Jacob said they are not doing delivery at 8pm yet they are open until 10pm. I have ordered delivery at 8 before. I think Jacob is making up his own policy on delivery
The 3rd time got the wrong pizza, when the receipt clearly listed the pizza we ordered. Now they say it will take another 45 minutes to get pizza we ordered.
