Let's get started with saying I LOVE jersey mikes my family LOVES JMS, but I need to express my experience the light skin girl Hispanic that is usually at the prep table and hanging out bags or sandwiches has a terrible way work with us clients, when she gets ask to add more ingredients or juices she rolls her eyes, if I remember right her name is korina or loreena.We love this jersey mikes location but is we need to drive 2 more miles to the grapevine locations to be serve right we would have to do it .We have also complaine to manager once she is really professional offered a few free sub card but is not want we need .

I wanted to give more stars, however, the service was slow and the poor guys was swamped with online orders and a long line. Then the one guys was cutting a sandwich and slice his finger and blood was dripping. I felt so bad for him because then the line really got back up.

Cashier overcharged an additional sandwich. Rude behavior. Swept floors around us while we are eating. I am not one to take the time to report bad service; however I felt it needed to be done.
Jersey Mike's always hits the spot and this location is awesome. Food's fabulous and so is the service.. so many sweet ppl working the counter. We pick up from them at least once a week.
