I decided to give this place a second chance today as the first time I went here the place was really filthy , the employees were too busy to help me I guess making online orders The last time after about 5 minutes they finally acknowledged I was there . I ordered a #13 which is usually a cold sub at other Jersey Mike’s but the meat was warm and sandwich was nasty . The drink machine had food in it and was nasty so I skipped the drink . The floors had food all over them . Today I went in again and it is still filthy inside , sandwiches laying everywhere,only had one kind of chips . Just entering the place made me nauseous from the dirtiness . I have been to many Jersey Mike’s and this is by far the nastiest location I have ever seen. The employees seem too busy making online orders or something to help walk in customers and look they are completely unorganized and a huge mess everywhere. Restaurant itself is just filthy inside. This time I couldn’t eat there was so bad . I just walked out . The time before was the same way but I took a chance anyway as I love Jersey Mike’s elsewhere . Guess they survive off catering, online orders and people that don’t see how filthy this place is .

Ordered a BLT through Uber eats. Extra bacon, added avocado.One little slice of bacon on sandwich and no bacon is what arrived. Drove there myself, and demanded a refund and could get one because it was on wife’s cc. Ridiculous. They offered to remake my sandwich and I declined. I wanted a refund so I go by something from a reputable company. Even the sandwich had the “regular” amount of bacon, should have been more than one measly slice. Unbelievable!Avoid this place like the plague!

First time order online for pickup. 3 large subs, 1 with extra stuff. Paid $50+ for food & 15% tip (courtesy being first time - now last time). Did not get extra stuff on 1 sub ($2.65). Another sub missing standard Chipotle mayo. Spent $10+ (including tip) for nothing. Sent email to store afterwards. No response. Sent complaint to corporate office who forwarded it to store again, and to wait 24 - 48 hours for response. Still no response (5 days later). I will send corporate reply on current status for store 15015, 2701 Cross Timbers Rd., Flower Mound. This one is off limits for me. 1 other store in area to try. If they fail, goodbye Jersey Mike's.

Worst service at any Jersey Mike's that I have experienced. The place was filthy as was the young man's shirt that dressed the subs. Only the meat slicer wore gloves. Terrible!

I came in today, Thursday, March 3rd, around 12:50 p.m. No one has name tags on, so I can't address the individuals name but the guy in red shirt (only red shirt in the building today) exhibits arrogant, rude and snotty behavior. He would greatly benefit from some customer service training ? When he asked me what I'd like, mind you I had 4 people in front of me (he already took their order) but the line was backed up and everyone was standing in line, no movement. The line was backed up, and more people placed their order before sandwiches were even made or before their bread was out on the counter. I could NOT see the menu, and I needed a minute. When I told him I'd be happy to wait until the line moves along, he rolled his eyes and said "uhmmm, okay", shrugged his shoulders and turned around (as if he was serverly put out that he had to wait on me). I seriously was considering leaving at that point, he was that arrogant. Yes. Really. I was running on 15 mins to eat before an appt. around the corner. He wasn't doing anything at that time that was work related. Razzing one of the other employees about a timer going off, and flirting with one of the female coworkers about speaking in French ("such is life"). I waited that much longer to place my order, when he asked me again what I'd like to order, just so he understood you're not going to act like that towards someone who chose to patron your business today. I could have gone anywhere.A second female employee asked me what I wanted on my sandwich, I started to tell her, then she says "just a minute". (What?) Then I go to pay for my 2 sandwiches (one regular, one mini), I get over charged. When I corrected "Travis" on the charges, he just asked for my card again and refunded me. Seemed irritated that he had to ring up a refund. (What?)Lots of employees rushing you thru the line. No one was courteous or friendly. Everyone seems put out to work. I won't be returning to this location. First and last time. ? I plan to follow up with contacting management tomorrow, when they are in. When management isn't around, this location is ran poorly. I will gladly take my money to another business who understands that without my business, they don't have a job. Management if you're reading this, please do better. Your employees are snots.

Don't waste you time ordering online. This the second (and last) time I will place an order online with a prescheduled pick up. Both times I placed my order at 10:30 AM with a pick up time of 12:10 PM. Both times I arrived at 12:10 and I got my order at 12:30. I would have been better off just going through the line. The customers that are in line take priority over the people that order online with a predetermined pick up time.

One of the workers named Logan was a delight to have as a helper. I had extreme hemroids the day prior and he took time out of his day to pull my seat for me and walk my food to my table . I also loved the environment, and vibes at this Jersey mikes. 10/10, reccomend

Great Staff and Great Food, those who were working Feb 1, 2022 deserve a raise! Wonder hospitality and was welcomed with open arms, was my first time in this location. they need a raise ??

If you come in and they are working on a catering job, Just walk back out and go to Jimmy John's. Their priority is catering and they will neglect the customer in front of them to finish a catering order.
