We visited this Jason's Deli location on a Friday afternoon around 3pm, and the restaurant was disgusting!There were 9 tables with used cups/plates/seats which were not cleaned, making it hard to find a clean table to sit at. When we finally found a not-so-gross table, a party of strangers had to sit right next to us because the other tables were all uncleaned. Very uncomfortable.There were bits of food all over the restaurant floor (see attached picture). Gross!There are several employees standing around behind the counter just chatting, and not one is cleaning up the mess!This restaurant did not used to be like this, for we have been coming here for over 10 years.The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the food was still very good. But then again, how clean was the food if the restaurant wasn't clean?
it was a great lunch, but it was pricey for just soup and salad.
The salad bar is great and we have been enjoying it allot the last few months.
The Nuty Mixed up salad is excellent, I’ve had it many times as I’ve also had great Rubens, but had the stake sandwich today and it was tough , couldn’t eat it! So sad! Still hungry!
The food is good but it was always a little pricey and has just gotten insane lately. $12.09 for a sandwich at a fast casual place is crazy.
Jason's deli always has fresh food and a healthy menu, not a burger joint.I consistently order The Carmela. I have done if you place an online order, when you get your sandwich, the cheese is not as melty as when ordered at the store. At the store, it's warm, just made and very melty, just the way I like it.At times I do find The Carmela is not made the same. Sometimes a lot of meat, other times, not. Sometimes a lot of jalapeno sauce, sometimes not.Those two idiosyncrasies are not enough to keep me from giving Jason's Deli 5 stars. Regardless less of how my Carmela is made, it is 100% fantastic.

The service use to be a lot better now they want to charge for ranch dressing. You use to be able to get one per sandwich you order. Please don’t ask for the house chips unless you dining in the to go orderI ”sandwich bag” is less then the amount you use to pay .25 cents for.
Each time I visit the Flower Mound location and have an interaction with the manager Gabe Maldonado I am reminded of what great customer service truly is. Mr. Maldonado is always kind and helpful and works hard right along with his employees. You can tell that he cares about the establishment, his customers, and setting the best possible example for his staff. People are so quick to point out issues but often don't take the time to praise when praise is due. I hope Jason's Deli knows what a great manager this location has.
I ordered a Texas Spud. I have eaten this so many times in the past from Jason's deli and it was always tasty. I got this today and the cheese on the potato wasn't real cheese. It was like rubber. I nearly choked on it trying to swallow as it was not chewable. I only ate half of the potato and now my stomach hurts and I feel like I'm going to throw up. What did you poison me with??
