Ordered a burger and tots with an app.Ordered curbside.Parked right out front in an empty parking lot and waited till the time my order said it would be ready. No one comes out. I call the restaurant and it rings 10+ times with no pick up.Ok maybe they are busy.Walk in place is dead. 2 tables and 1 guy at the bar. Manager is just chilling at the front. I get my order thats been sitting behind the bar for at least 5 minutes.Get home and I get fries that were ULTRA well done and cold 0 seasoning. Rest of the order was as expected.If you are going to offer curbside then do curbside. Other wise take it off your site. Dont serve cold, unseasoned, burnt fries.Was definitely not worth the $30
Wish I could give a NO STARS.WORST PLACE EVERwe sat there for 15 minutes just to place our drink appetizer order. Took 20 minutes to get them. Our main course order well45 minutes into the wait we asked the waiter how much longer, he asked the so called Chef then he came back and said it would be atleast 25 more minutes.Told him to just give us the check for the drinks and appetizers that we could not wait any longer.As we where walking out 4 other families where doing the same.NEVER AGAINAND WHEN IS A SHORT ORDER COOK CALLED A CHEF
After being on a diet for sometime I wanted to treat myself to a juicy burger and loaded fry.When the fires came out they tasted as if they had sat in the window for 30-40 minutes. So that was the start of the let down.Historically they were pretty quick so we waited to order our burger till after the fries arrived. Mistake number 2.It took our burgers 30 minutes to come out. That is 30 minutes after we finished our adult beverages and cheese fries.Our server didn’t stop by after taking our order so we simply sat and waited.To put it simply, we would have been better off going to McDonald’s and would have saved money too.
Went tonight and three of us had a burger and one had salad. The burgers were all overcooked and dry. The grilled chicken in the salad was so overcooked it was like wood and was left in the bowl after one bite. We had two Jake burgers, one with a poppy seed bun and the other on a regular bun. The bun bottoms got switched which wasn't discovered until a bite was taken out of them. Three of our drinks were totally empty and the waiter ignored them/us as he went by. Finally had to flag someone else to ask for a refill.
I hadn't been here in years, but the place is exactly the same. Staff is helpful and friendly, burgers are good stuff, and I really appreciate the addition of the vegetarian black bean burger. I was really impressed with it.This is a great place for happy hour, and had a nice outdoor space as well.
Ordered a chicken fried steak and gravy tonight. My house is 5 minutes from the restaurant but i waited an hour for this? It even looks like it's got a bite taken out of it. Extremely not satisfied.
Did takeout and it was a hot mess of food. Burgers were a mess and overcooked. The fries were cold. Also this was easily the worst milkshake I have tried. Tasted like they blended powdered milk with ice. Even my daughter wouldn’t drink it. I had to hit sonic afterwards to satisfy my milkshake craving.
Good burgers. I enjoyed the mushroom and swiss. Service was attentive and courteous. Good happy hour drink specials too. Recommended!
We did a Togo order. Can't wait to go back for another 2 patty steak sandwich. I cannot call their burgers hamburgers. They are delicious steak burgers. I like mine with onions and pickles.
Our waitress was amazing can’t remember her name but had long blonde hair and tats with true meaning especially the butterfly tats on arm !! We came in with a big group and she was very professional !!
