Every bad experience at this ihop! My family and I had a very bad experience. the waiter was old I understand he needs a job but if he can’t handle work flow he shouldn’t be a waiter! My mother had gotten fish and it was burned, had a lot salt and oily and when the waiter brought the burger he had dropped it so we had to get another one!! The waiter was suppose to take the fish off the bill but he didn’t. We ended up paying $76.00 for a bad service! It was a bad experience over all and wouldn’t go there again ! The shake we got the glass was dirty and has an order like fish and we had to ask for another glass, the coffee cups were dirty aswell and the coffee was cold! It was waste of our money for todays trip!!!!

This is the worst ihop anywhere. Please don’t waste your time going here. The service is atrocious. No even greets you when you come in. You will stand for 30+ minutes just waiting for someone to greet you even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Doesn’t matter what day of the week or what time of day. Then when you get to a table, good luck getting your food in a decent amount of time or ever getting refills on your drink. I even talked to management about our family’s experience there and he just said that they were short staffed. No apologies, no nothing. If you do decide to go here, I really do hope you have a better experience, but we have been here many times because it is close to our home, and we are never going back.

This placing is HORRIBLE!! I waited 10 minutes to be seated and these people never ACKNOWLEDGE me...No one ever came by to say "Someone will be right with you"...they saw me standing up and walked by several times and never said a word...NEVER WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN....I'm new to this state and the Flower Mound area is a joke to me....I had to go back to Lewisville where I stay to get quality service?????Plus where I went the food was a ?better than this trash place called IHOP...???

Service sucked here so bad!! We waited 20 mins to be seated and finally got our table and waited an additional 43 mins to be served cold breakfast. We probably would’ve waited longer if I hadn’t said anything. The group after us had their breakfast 25 mins in. The only reason I stayed is because my son really wanted Ihop. Never again the waitress Kasie B didn’t even apologize nor give me a discount on my food. Even when I told them my food was taking 43 mins long the three ladies in the front just started grabbing the hot plates which were mine but they had been sitting there. It’s not their fault but my waitress poor service and we’ll never return back.

servers are not as professional..the owner need give education to them.when we get there there are many empty tables and no waiting list.. but no one guide us to seat.and we wait more than 10 min..until my husband ask them.looks some of mistakes happens with some customers...and my serve wasn't kind but it was not big deal.she throws my receipt at trash can without asking.and when we asked to get receipt, she said no way to print out and didn't say sorry.I just took the tip from the table...and she said no way than take off from the trash can. I asked take it from that.the receipt got crumpled too much.I said you sould ask about receipt, and she was staring until we get out from the restaurant..the restaurant has poster that said "guarantee smile" something..

I think staffing has probably hurt this location. Not quickly attended at the front. Food suffers - my bowl wasn't made at the time ordered then was rushed with the hash browns not browned and the cheese not melted. My wife had the mushroom and spinach omelette with egg whites. The appearance was not entirely appealing and it was a little greasy. We we're seated in the back room, where the heating could not be felt unless you were standing up. The young woman attending us was awesome though.

If I could give a lower score I would. My family wanted to eat out they normally have food we can all eat. We got there and they had closed over an hour early and employees were inside. We knocked on the door they glanced over and ignored us. We tried calling to find out what was going on of coarse no answer. I will never be back and when asked about it I will recommend no one goes there. To me that's not the way you should be treated by a business

The restaurant w is cleaner than I-Hop in McKinney TX. There was only one server that day and she was every nice as she seated people, took and bring the order, brought your receipt then cleaned the tables and seats. She needs a big raise. I-Hop treat that server every well, she was the best.

We are (going to be used to be) regulars. Today we got here at 9am, waited 15m to be told that they have a lot of to go orders to prepare. And for this reason they can't seat us for another 30m. Looking around in the restaurant, there's only 4 tables with people seated on it. I understand that they have staffing issues, but giving priority to online orders instead of people that are here right now at the restaurant? Unreal! I asked to talk to the manager to try to understand better what's going on and i was told she can't come, that she is cooking as well. And then I was told I was free to leave and find another restaurant... All of this while Uber drivers are arriving and leaving with their to go orders. So sad to leave this review, as this has been our to go place when we want pancakes..... Hope they get better and that management listens to people. From other reviews, this is not an isolated situation. Update: after 30m wait, they said at least another 30 to 45m, that online orders kept coming and they had to give it priority. We decided to leave and i don't think we'll be back.

We had nine in our party. They did a great job getting us seated and getting food out to us. Our waitress was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed. I forgot to get her name to compliment her specifically.
