Great experience every time. Our family of four enjoyed sushi - freshly prepared California roll and Dynamite roll, then still had space for Hibachi. The chef was sweet and entertaining, and our food was excellent. The waitress was very attentive to our needs.

Great! Gives you tons id food for your money! Will be back soon.

We had a great dining experience! The atmosphere was lovely and well suited for large parties and the staff were extremely accommodating if you are there for celebrations. We were so lucky that Chef Yang was at our table. He made conversation with everyone and provided excellent entertainment and service. The food was delicious and everyone in our group had a wonderful time.

Great service, awesome food! We had a great time at the hibachi table.

It was a 10th birthday and all the kids were predicting what the chef was going to do for tricks and calling him out so he changed up the whole thing and the kids went crazy for it! Such a fun perfect evening!!

Good was great quality ! Excellent service

The service is always friendly and helpful. Great sushi and Ramen is a favorite. Tepan is always good and entertaining. I do wish I could get calamari steak on the grill.

HANAYA is the contemporary Japanese design restaurant in Flower Mound combined the sushi bar and hibachi cooking table. We had the great dining experience from the moment we arrived, greeted by sweet host and led us to the table that reserved for our party. Great presentation and taste for the sushi. Excellent selections for their hibachi menu. Chef Yang was able to accommodate all the special requests that we have at the table side and put on the spectacular show for the kids. Great service. I would definitely reserve their party room for my next party. A wonderful place combined the fun show and delicious food at the same time!!!!

Really like this place. Have been there several times. Sushi bowl( especially sweet shrimp and salmon belly ) and ramen are my favorites. Hibachi is very good too. I usually don’t like hibachi as I tried it at other places and they taste all the same by using similar sauce for beef/chicken/ shrimp , but last night this place disrupted my view toward hibachi. The beef/chicken/ shrimp has different flavors and tasted darn good.

The food is okay. The cocktails, not so much - I tasted something powered in the sip I had of my husband's drink. I do like their iced green tea.
