Great food and great service!
Avoid this place. Worst sandwiches ever. Flavorless, bland meat on cheese steak sandwich, mushy bell peppers and hard grilled onions. So nasty I couldn't finish the sandwich, even my dog would not eat what was left. Something strange about the meat these guys use.......not natural.Plus, on pickup to go order they left off the milk on the kids' meals. Food was cold when we picked it up to go.Never returning to firehouse.
The staff was great. They helped me on my order and explained in detail about how the loyalty points worked. Also the subs were great as always. Thanks!
Fast friendly service. Bread was very fresh. Tasted amazing!
I am simply putting 5 stars because they said Merry Christmas after they rang my order, after they gave me my sandwich, and as I was walking out the door. That is three times more than any other business I have been in all season. Makes me happy to support a business like this. And I could understand them all because no one was wearing a stupid mask.
Absolutely amazing customer service. The managers were willing to compromise after the mobile app messed up processing my order. Great atmosphere and food too! Would definitely come back.
Due to the limit of my main account, I could not do an update but here it is........Update 12/11/[email protected] -This evening after doing some Christmas shopping my wife and I decided to stop by Firehouse and eat some quick dinner. Upon arriving the cashier named "Bryce" informed us that the dining room was not open and that our order would need to be a "To Go" order.. A bit perplexed I looked around and saw two customers eating at tables and so I asked politely so there is no inside dining? Bryce responded "No, We are short staffed today" again very puzzled I see three team members standing around doing absolutely nothing and only 3 other people and they were already eating. I asked my wife what she would like to do and she said that the sandwiches would be cold by the time we got them home and to be honest did not feel like eating in the car. I agreed and we turned to walk away when I then stopped and asked "Bryce" a questions, "out of curiosity what does you being short staffed have anything to do with us dining in? especially since there are other patrons there eating?", Bryce stated very proudly, "Its been a busy day and we would like to get out of here on time!" I was in awe as I did not think he or anyone in the food or retail business would ever say to a customer especially since they did not close for another 58 min and it was not like we had a bus full or a bunch of kids that would tear up the place, it was just us two "adults" that would not make a mess.. I turned away and shook my head and my wife asked me "did I hear correctly, that they do not want us to eat in the dining area because they wanted to get out on time?" I said "yes you heard correctly" she then stated "But its only 802pm and they do not close for another 58 min and they are empty beside those that are already eating.." i told her that it seems that nothing had changed with that store in 3 years and perhaps "Bryce" needs to have a new job or not work at all since he is worried about "Leaving On Time"..We left and went to Chick Fila 5 min down the street, ordered our food, sat and ate and left there by 824p with no mess on the table. Now do not get me wrong Firehouse subs is delicious and we love it, We just do not "Love" this location and we live 7 min away. We frequent the ones we see when we are out and about and never ever had a bad experience except for this Flower Mound location. All I can say is that the main HQ for Firehouse needs to evaluate this franchise since this is an on going issue with it as it is tarnishing their name from poor ownership, poor food control and now lazy employees.
The limited time offer of the Cuban style pulled pork sandwich was delicious. Great attitudes as usual!
I live nearby and go here regularly. Bryan and Jessica are great. Friendly service, high quality food, that has always been accurate. The biggest issue Ive ever had is they were out of my favorite sauce once a few years back. Yeah, that is the biggest issue in probably 50 trips over several years.
The food was okay. A lot of staff there but the warm feeling that Firehouse is known for wasn't offered. To owner Bryan, sometimes the best service is silence and a simple okay (when your in a cuservice service business). If your employees see you doing wrong, they will too.
