I am very happy with the service this morning! The lady at the window was extremely cordial, kind and accommodating. I wanted an ice chocolate drink that they don’t usually make that and they made it for me and it was so good!! They were all very pleasant. I could sense a feeling cohesion and positivity among the workers. It was pleasant and clearly makes a difference in their service level. Whoever is the manager is doing a great job and to the lady at the window, thank you for making my day!!
Visited 3 times between 7 and 7:30 and they are always out of donuts. If you know they go away fast you should prepare more in numbers instead of sending back customers. Tried to give this advice to executive but they seems to be least interested in hearing this. If you can’t prepare more than why don’t put a board that we are CLOSED
Stoped by Dunkin and was greeted by Renee! And can I just saw WOW this women went beyond and above, made a point to actually speak to me and was so pleasant.
I dont know what happened. I honestly don't. I used to love dunkin donuts! The coffee tasted weirdly like hotdog water?? I'll have to specify i only want a little sugar next time because I honestly couldn't finish it. The donuts were so dry which tells me they had been around for hours which I know they're fine to eat but if I wanted dry old donuts I would have just gone and gotten a dozen from Walmart. Really disappointed and I know its probably not the staffs fault especially since they were busy and have corporate guidelines to follow. It just could have been a lot better.
I went to Dunkin 4 weeks ago & like there old fashioned doughnuts & the Blueberry kind & great employees with positive smile.
This is my favorite Duncan Donuts. I come her to get my iced coffee and they always take the time to get it right! The manager there is amazing Felicia has a great attitude and her customer service is top shelf!!
Coffee was good, but donut selection slim. Store seemed a little dingy and could do with some sprucing up. Staff did great job of taking care of us.

In the morning they can never get an order right. I ask for cream and sugar and get milk instead of cream, Splenda instead of sugar, no cream or no sugar. Defeats the purpose of drive through if they can’t get an order right. And most mornings it takes for ever to get a coffee. Used to be good service before...
Went 2 days in a row. Very inconsistent. Both days my order notes were ignored. I dont taste any caramel flavor in my drink. They give you more ice than coffee as well. Also, line moves very slow. Back to Starbucks I go.
