Absolutely horrid customer service. Entire Sunday evening staff needs to be fired - especially the so-called manager. Don’t blame the customer when you can’t get an order right, don’t blame the customer when you overcharge and by all means don’t tell the customer to f off under any circumstances. Will NEVER eat at the Flower Mound Justin Rd location again. 1 star is 1 star too many.
I don't know what's become of Dairy Queen, but their prices are out of control! I ordered a Belt Buster with cheese--plain with no bun (a double cheeseburger) with a medium drink. The total was $10.26. I didn't even get fries.I could have gone down the block to Wendy's, used their app with a coupon code and received 2 Baconators (ALOT more food) for less than $10.
Placed an order online to be picked up at 6:50 they didn’t bring it out to me until 7:15! Then when they did bring my order out they forgot the drinks, I asked for them and they had said their iPad died. When I got home one of the meals was wrong, that’s my fault for not checking but still it was two kids meals pretty easy! The food was also cold so not sure what they were doing with my order for it to be cold. Overall, I will not be returning to this location!

Very Friendly sometimes u, have to repeat what u, order sometimes they get your order wrong sometimesIf u, all out there not really hungry get 7, a kid meal, that is what I, get if u, are on a diet. If u, get more hungry get a big meal not the kid meal. Or if u, have kids get them a kids meal or Ckn fingers think they love it for sure. Live to share

Ordered a double cheeseburger. Waited 20 minutes. Got home and it was a chicken burger. Didn't eat it.
Had a taste for a fried burrito. Can't find them anywhere else. Good burrito. More about the dairy than the food though. Yummy.
Steak strips didn't taste fresh. Onion rings tasted funny. Very disappointed. Also no gravy. Also went back about 9:30pm. Wanted banana split. Waited 25 min, ran out of bananas! Asked for small vanilla shake took forever to get. Associate didn't seem to care at all. Bad experience
