This location rocks! I live 3min from a Crumbl location but I actually drive an extra 22min just to go to Flower Mound because this location is consistent in all areas. I am always greeted by friendly staff upon entry, the cookie quality and presentation is *chefs kiss* ? (never undercooked or overloaded with toppings) and there is plenty of space in-store for waiting customers. The Crumbl near my house lacks in all of those areas. I will gladly drive the extra mile knowing I can always count on a consistently good outcome when I purchase these delectable treats. Thank you all! ✨?
Bought cookies for my office at work. A couple things:1) Found a hair in my cookie box, which of course made me have to throw the entire box of uneaten cookies away2) the icing on the cookies was destroyed, and all over the lid. Don’t know if this is a delivery problem or the actual establishment, but not a great first impression.I emailed them the very next day. No response. I emailed them this weekend. No response. Not very professional, especially since they check these reviews OFTEN.I left this review at a last ditch effort. Please don’t do the typical apology just because it’s public.
I have a question and not sure who to reach out too. I was out of town the last 3 weeks and discovered I had a birthday cookie in my loyalty account. I was saving it for this weeks flavors since I figured there would be st. Party day flavors/ design. Went on tonight and the cookies was gone. I know my birthday was 1/31 however I didn’t see an expiration date on the birthday cookie. How might I go about getting my birthday cookie back. I could not find a way to contact anyone. Also is there a way to see at least 1 weeks flavors in advanced? I missed the cereal cookies and thinking that might have been my favorite. It was like all my favorite cereals but in cookie form. Thanks for your help.
The cookies are great but I had a really bad experience with their service this week.
I went with my sister to pick up her cookies because she loves them! While I was in the car I was thinking to myself they must really have some delicious cookies because they sure had a crowd for it to be Monday. So my sister raves about the Cornbread cookie and I picked a vanilla sugar cookie. I did try the Cornbread cookie and it was really good but I wouldn't go back for it because I don't like the gritty texture at the end. I like the vanilla sugar more because it just melted in mouth and was so soft and fluffy and kinda reminds me of cake. I would definitely recommend to all cookie lovers! ?
Co workers talked about it so figured i would give it a try. Got half a dozen and took them to work. Tried the birthday cake one. The cookies taste like delicious diabetes. Would definitely stop again. They are bug enough to share. Big bonus points workers cleaning and sanitizing!
These cookies are such a treat! The classic sugar cooking is always a “go to”. And the others are also so good! It’s truly hard not to go every week and try the new cookies. We will be going often though. :)
I’m obsessed! A co- worker shared the secret of this place of heavenly yumminess. The delivery service is fast and easy to order. It’s almost too convenient to have these huge gourmet cookies delivered.
Went on Christmas Eve for two party boxes of peppermint bark and also gingerbread. I can’t rave enough about these cookies, they were such a big hit with my family, and although they were really busy, the staff were very friendly and moved the line along quickly. I will definitely be back to try more flavors, and everyone needs to go, they are the best!!
Good cookies but too wrapped up in technology. I went to pick up an order for my girlfriend who had used the app to order curbside pickup. When I arrived the app would not let her click the button that I was there (the app was using the bow on her phone). For some reason the staff could not comprehend that I was there to pick up the order without the phone that placed the order. After waiting 30 minutes I finally convinced someone to put the order together. After all the waiting I got the cookies home and they were raw. I offer this review with the best intention so they can reevaluate their order workflow (especially for order picked up without the app).
