First let me say i love their food, but our To-go salads were awful! Water from the salad box leaked all in the paper bag. When I brought it in my dogs were licking it, haha. Not funny though and quite disappointed in the salads, size, price and quality
The fried brisket very disappointed . Staff was nice. The chicken and dumplings tasted to watery Mac and cheese was good
We ordered door dash and the Potato was over salted, the steak was extremely greasy and their was more fat than meat. The Broccoli cheese casserole side was horrid, tasted nothing like it should have. Was very gross overall and it wasn’t only my food but my friends as well. Definitely don’t recommend.
We've been here multiple times. All of the servers we have encountered are cheerful, helpful and customer oriented. Restaurant is clean and organized. Obviously great management here.
I tried sending my complaint through their website but did not receive a response. I visited this location Monday 2/21/22 for lunch. I am well aware of the difficulty in finding enough servers. I am quite patient when it comes to the speed of service. My issue is this, I ordered a meal that included 2 sides. One of my sides was mashed potatoes with gravy. My order arrived without gravy. My server did not come back to my table until I had finished eating everything else. I told her about the gravy issue and she offered to bring me gravy. I told her the potatoes are now cold and I would prefer to have a new order of potatoes with gravy. She brought me my check instead. I told her I would prefer to speak with the manager and she walked away. All over something as simple as gravy! All the server had to do was show she cared and/or get the manager to help.
We haven't been in a while due to previous poor service. The food has always been consistently good. So we tried again. Nope. We were ignored for the first 20 minutes. Then again after he got our drink order. We asked for rolls and were told they had rolls ready but no plates. Um, rolls come in baskets. So he brought salad bowls with the rolls. What?We had to ask for everything. We had to wait for the check and then we had to wait for him to pick up our card. It was busy but not too busy - he walked past our table several times without a glance. He made extra trips for individual tables and we could see his other tables all waiting for attention as well. We never saw a manager.We will find a new location if we ever go back to a Cotton Patch. Sad.

The food at Cotton patch is no joke, make sure you come hungry. My family was able to split everything we ordered from the appetizers to the entrees and were delightfully satisfied. The staff are friendly and quick too. They brought back their fried mushrooms which are awesome and their chicken fried steak is always on point.
TERRIBLE! Ordered from Uber..associate who bagged order apparently was new so I didn't receive most of my order. Manager not really very helpful. Always had good service and food but not this time! BEWARE!
Excellent food! But unfortunately the Service was pretty slow, we stand in the front for about 5 minutes in till someone noticed that we were there, other couple behind Us jus got desperate and left, we seat for other 7 minutes or si in till the waiter came and took Our orders, this place is beautiful and food is great but it need attention…
