Fantastic local wine bar with friendly service, wine on tap and delicious food. Great place to spend a Saturday evening. Live music tonight is a bonus!
My wife and I have been here a few times now and it's just a wonderful experience. The waitstaff is helpful and friendly, the happy hour is great, the food is delicious , and of course the wine is wonderful! Our server John was able to provide some great suggestions that really enhanced the experience.Try the olive oil cake for dessert. It's not what you'd expect, and it's mind-blowing.
Went here with a friend for a drink and a small bite to start the evening. It was FABULOUS!! The Clink Wine Bar Crisps were a wonderful combo of sweet (red wine syrup) and savory (salty seasoned chips, goat cheese, scallions). Jon our waiter was super knowledgeable about all the wines and helped both of us pick a flight of wines to try we both liked. Also the Chocolate Tarte was DELICIOUS! Milk and dark chocolate and a hint of salt in the crust with drunken cherries was a wonderful finish!! Would definitely go again!!
Reserved a table for 6 of us and the staff was wonderful! My food and wine were delicious and I can’t wait to go back!!
Absolutely love this place. Laura has done a great job and Chef Greg nailed the cauliflower tempura. Everything from the vibe, wine and food is spot on. If you get the opportunity ask for John, he is amazing.
This is a jewel. When we arrived, John greeted us and explained the menu to us. We arrived during their happy hour (4–6) which includes a selection of wines wines (50Z @$8) and several appetizers ($4-8).We tried four of the five red wines and enjoyed them all. In the bites, we tried potato chips, shrimp and corn fritters, and stuffed fried olives. In addition we also had to try the cauliflower tempura (spicy and delicious).We can’t say enough nice things about John. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and a great asset to this business.Clink has to be on your eating adventure list.
Clink is the best kept secret in Lakeside. We have been hanging here since they opened. The wine is amazing, the small plates are delicious! But what makes it so great are the people! Laura and Michelle make you feel right at home and are always up for a wine suggestion that perfectly fits your taste. You don’t want to miss visiting this fun wine bar!
We came for a date night & loved Clink! It’s like a tapas bar you’d find in Santa Fe!We love Chardonnays & our waitress served us a flight and we ended up finding 4 new favorites that we’ve never had before!We ordered the cauliflower tempura that was amazing! And I ordered the mushroom tart for Moab entree, I’ve never had anything like it before! My hubby ordered the shrimp and quail, because everything was so delicious, he wanted to try another dish!Plus, you have to try the espresso crème brûlée…. Fabulous!The servers were kind and knowledgeable too!We’ll be coming back!!
