Just came from chipotle… poor customer service, out of menu items, some food old/not good, etc. Wasn’t the first time
Very hit and miss. Sometimes there's a great manager keeps everything at line. They usually run out of 2-3 items about an hour before close.
We were provided with the most friendly service by staff that seemed to consist mostly of teenagers. Very hard working crew serving what the customers asked. They handled the busy crowd is most effective way. The ingredients were fresh n crisp.
One of the worst locations I have bought from. Service is very poor, they seem not to care and it appears the customers are bothering them when ordering in-person. Portions are small, and you have to tell them to add more which is absolutely ridiculous. I will NOT go back to this location and will travel 2x distance to the next location. Management must address the issues in this store.
The quality of service is really hit or miss here so your mileage may vary. Usually in person orders are decent enough but to go orders are typically a mess. Either it’s not ready for 5-10 minutes after the promise time and I stand around waiting. Or it’s already been sitting there for 10 minutes when I show up at the promised time and lukewarm. Also on pick up orders, the amount of meat is crazy variable. Sometimes I get enough meat for a family of four on a single burrito (which is great) or I have to hunt for a single piece of protein.
11 dollar bowl of steak, rice and sour cream for us to get 1 scoop of rice and 8 pieces of beef , I am not sure how 11 dollars will get us this these days , make it more expensive but make your portion bigger
Worst location so far!I ordered a steak bowl and they put just 11 pieces of steak which half were fat and grizzle.I complained to the lady who works there and she said that’s what they serve.She told me that all the meat comes bagged and they just cut it they are not allowed to trim grizzle and fat!!Well if I am paying for steak I expect to get edible pieces of steak not your scraps!Digging further in I got the heart of an onion and stems of bell pepper too!I won’t be eating here again at this location!
I was a little worried about the comment on portion size that I almost decided to go to another Chipotle, but since this location was close to my house, I went to it for the first time. I guess it depends on who is working, but I ordered a steak bowl and got a full steak bowl, so I am pleased. I was tempted to knock it down 1 star for lack of mask usage. More than one worker had the mask below their nose and even below their upper lip. I feel sorry for the workers who take their responsibility seriously, but anyway, I'll still give this location 5-stars.
Wow, the portion control at this particular restaurant is ridiculous. My burrito that I've been ordering from other Chipotle's for years is about half the size at this restaurant.Highly recommend that you go to another Chipotle if you actually want a good burrito.
They serve us plenty of each food.I love this restaurant staff who are very kinds.and foods are fresh.
