Horrible service!!! I walked in alone, no one standing in line with me at all. I had to ask the 3 associates a few times to take my order. Even when they began to help, one of the guys stopped helping me to tell another associate a story. Also, the inside of the restaurant was filthy, so I went outside to eat. The outside seating area was just as bad. I decided to take my food home. I wont be coming back.

Really bad, I order cheese quesadilla and get cheese dumpling. I never saw anyone fold tortilla really bad, it suppose to cost me ~ $4.00 from kids manu, they charge me $8.65. that is really bad. Whoever server and cashier are need some serious training. I would give 0 if there is option. If owner wants to sale I am ready to take over to serve people better, people deserve better!

DO NOT use the app when ordering from this store. They skimp on app orders. 04/29 8pm app ordered a bowl that was literally half filled. And every single time I’ve ordered extra lettuce - never have I gotten extra lettuce on an app order. - don’t forget to use the link at the bottom of your email order confirmation to complete a survey on this store

Don't make an order to go, bethere when they make it or you pretty much get nothing. Will not be visiting this location again. But it was done when I got there so I gave 2 stars for that.

Last two trips to this location produced very poor quality food. Taste was so poor we did not complete the meal. Love Chipotle and this is a very rare outcome, but have been very disappointed in last two trips.

I hate that with online ordering you are sacrificing a decent meal. Everytime is just absolute garbage. "Extra" rice = maybe half a scoop. I'm positive rice is like cheapest ingredient in the world?? I wish I would've taken a photo of the literal 7 pieces of steak in my wives bowl. Practically floating in a pool of sour cream. Guac was just a half of avocado not even mashed or anything.I could go on. But it's just so disappointing cause we love chipotle. But now we rarely go cause its always the same.

Although this location is busy sometimes the food is really good and the employees are almost always really nice. Even if they are tired they still put in the effort to put on a good face in front of everyone. Even in front of the people who don’t show the same type of face towards them ( if you know what I mean ). Also during the night hours ( 8:00 to like close ) they still keep everything together and I find that really amazing. Altogether every experience I’ve had here was incredible. :))

Brooke is such a sweetheart, makes service more enjoyable when employees are as sweet as they were :)

This location needs to do a better job of training their employees. Every time I order a burrito they over fill it and it falls apart, if I wanted a bowl I would order one this is at least the 10th time this has happened at this specific location. From now on I will be ordering from a different location.

Lost my wallet yesterday. Searched everywhere for it. This morning, I went outside and saw my wallet on the front porch, with a handwritten note from the manager of Chipotle. Apparently I left my wallet there yesterday at lunch, and a cashier found it — and the manager drove it to my house! What an incredibly kind, thoughtful thing to do. You guys are awesome!
