I ordered two bowls of chicken enchilada soup and this is what I received. I don’t even think there was a cup of soup in the bowl. I ordered two and I could pour one completely into the other to make a full bowl. I paid over $10 for these and I expect the bowl to be full. We are very disappointed with this order.Bill
My wife and I eat out often and really have never given a bad review even with average to below average service. We have been to this location several times. One reason, it happens to be our grandson’s favorite restaurant. I know the last three times we have been there including today, the service has been well below our expectations. From forgetting to fill our drinks, taking forever to take our order, food being slow getting to the table and even not coming back by the table towards the end of our meal to offer to-go boxes. Today was the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back. We have an hour for lunch, and we arrived with 50 min to eat. It took better than 5 minutes for the hostess to seat us. It took approx. 10 more minutes to get our chips and drinks to the table and order. We told the waitress we were ready at that time, but she had drinks in her hand for another table and as I watched she decided to take their order first. By the time we ordered, and our soup/salad came out some time later, time had slipped away when we realized we had 12 minutes left and we were still waiting on our food. It was two lunch sized sandwiches, and the restaurant was maybe 30% of capacity. We chose to get to-go boxes and expressed our concerns on the time it took to get our food. The waitress offered no apology and was, actually, very rude. Not only were we still hungry and knew our food would be cold by the time we got home, but we were also both angry at how we were treated as paying customers. There was no offer to have the manager come to the table for “service recovery.” We paid the bill with a tip (20%) and we called on the way home and spoke to the manager. It seemed like she understood but by the end of the conversation, we looked at each other and felt she did not care either. Again, no offer to recover service for their business. When we looked at YELP, we realized this must be typical due to the 2-star rating. Since there are so many great places to eat in this area, I would not recommend this location.
I live nearby this Chili’s and have given it several tries in the past 8 years. I regret it every time. Today was the last time. It took 50 mins for us to to get our food while on our lunch hour so we had to get a to go box immediately when it came out. When I asked the waitress if it normally takes 50 mins to get your food during lunch she laughed and said no. An apology would have been nice since we didn’t get to eat the lunch we paid for. We eat out a lot in the area and in 8 years I’ve never left a bad review for any restaurant except this Chili’s. There are many great restaurants to choose from here. I recommend any place but this Chili’s.
Love this Chilis! Food is amazing and fresh! My grandson loves the robot it’s so fun! Managers always helpful and they take care of the police officers that dine in which i think is amazing! Highly recommend

Personally I really love Chilis. I had a steak and it was a tually pretty darn good. At was they filet. I eat many different things there. I am a huge fan. Even short staffed they r friendly and the good and service have been just fine.
Ummmmmm…. CHILI’S was kind of slappin tonight.Nice and clean establishment. Great atmosphere - people at the bar having fun. Decent service and they even have a robot named Rita who brings out your food! (The future is here!)All of the food was well prepared and super tasty. Will deffo be going back to this location.
Consistently leave things out of orders. Bartender has To many tables to keep up. Waiting for 20 mins for a refill on drinks. No one helping run drinks for them. This is at every chili's we have been to, it's a running joke, let's go to chili's and see what they mess up today. SMH, checking in every hour is not sufficient for a restaurant.Orderd regular corn, missing frys and sauce. No refill on tea, had to get a guy in orange to refill my drinks after another patron flagged him down for me, yelled sir many times before I was attended to. Horrible experience. 20 year resident.
I am not normally one to complain, but this was the worst experience EVER!! My family and I always go out to dinner after we attend Saturday night church. Since we live in between this location and the Lewisville location we decided to have dinner at this one. Big Mistake! At first, we were told that it would be a 45 min wait and we were pleasantly surprised that we were seated within 15 and it went downhill from there. Our waitress came immediately and then we waited for 20 mins for her to come back with the drinks. We let her our intent to get the 3 for 10.99 (we had a family of 5) and she was even nice enough to give me a sample of enchilada soup when I couldn't decide whether to get that or the potato cheddar. That was very nice. She came back and I let her know we were getting 3 potato soups, 1 enchilada and 1 salad and then waited for almost an hour for it to come. Once the soups came out, they were all cold as if they had been sitting there for that hour and the salad was made from old brownish lettuce. We attempted to complain but were afraid that if we spoke too loudly, we would have to wait another hour. I finally had to flag the waitress down AGAIN and let her know we needed to place our main order, she had already told us she would get to us in "a few" and that all of this was taking way too long! She stated that they were very busy, but I also pointed out that there were 2 tables (at that time) that came at the same time we did, and they had already left. As she was leaving our table my husband whispers to me "that this damn place needs to be closed." "All of this is ri-damn-diclous!" The next thing we know we had a little kitchen manager coming to our table telling my husband "This is a family place" and to watch his mouth!" We stated that we have been waiting two hours! To which he said "sorry, but the kitchen is extremely busy" and I explained to him that people were coming and going all around us and we still didn't have food and as for it being a family place, the only other kids that were in the restaurant were across the restaurant. He then said, "that there are teenagers behind you"! Honestly! We had teens with us 13 and 14 as well as our younger child (who as about in tears because she was so hungry) because she refused to eat her cold soup, what about them--these kids have been waiting now for two hours. And the only thing he (Tony Garlando) cared about was that my husband had said a swear word. He never responded to the fact our family got cold food, and then got zero entrees, had waited for two full hours, that there had been 3 parties sat at the table next two us that had come and gone, he never said anything when I told him our drinks were never refilled, customer service was zero. The table of teens behind us, came in about 30 mins after we were, and they were eating their meal and we were still waiting but "the kitchen was busy" and "your husband needs to watch his mouth" literally were the only two things that he said. When I told him we were going to corporate because this is now right, he said "DO IT and I will give you my name". Unprofessional at best and in desperate need of Bar Rescue. My children were embarrassed, hungry and I our time was wasted. Do yourself a favor DO NOT GO THERE!!!!! Go to the one in Lewisville, they will have you in and out.
The waitress/bartender was great as well as the guy who brought food to the table. The portions were very generous. We have been to other Chili's, this had the best food prep and presentation by far!
