The service, cashier, Manager, staff out side taking and delivering orders was like a well synchronized AMERICAN wheel!! ??????

I give them 1 star for the ability to open the store and one star for the ability to get most of an order correct. I deduct 1 of 5 stars for not including one kid meal, I deduct 1 of 5 stars for charging me for undelivered kid meal, I deduct 1 of 5 stars for thinking I'm going to load up several kids and the actual meals purchased and drive 10 minutes back to the store, wait for the other purchased kid meal, then drive 10 minutes back home with kids and meals. I will either consider it my charity donation to chik fil a or take the time to dispute the transaction.

They are always quick and the food is always fresh. The only thing I don't like is when they are outside taking your order you can't see the menu. Sometimes I want to change it up but can't because I don't have the full menu memorized. Also the tea could be sweeter in my opinion.

Love coming to this Chick-fil-A! They are always so kind and always get my order right and also let me add substitutions! They are also so fast at getting my order even when I order online! Thank you! ???

Like McDonalds, here in Texas, there's one on every corner. Friendly and well staffed. They get our orders right every time unlike T. Bell, who gets it wrong 75% of the time.

This is consistently the worst CFA drive thru we’ve ever dealt with. Even though it is the closest location to our home, we’ve found it just saves time, in the long run, to drive the extra miles to the Flower Mound location. We specifically ordered CFA this evening because of their option for gluten free buns. After getting home, I realized the gluten free bun never made it into the bag, even though I paid an extra $2 for it. I called and the manager refused to even credit me back for the bun I paid for and never received. I understand oversights happen, but this is a consistent issue with this location. Their drive-thru area is congested and it’s hard to go through all your bags to check your order, but you absolutely have to at this location or you will almost certainly be missing items. I will be making a complaint to corporate for how this issue was handled due to the repetitiveness of poor customer service

Great service, staff is friendly and nice, food is excellent as always. When we have gone through the drive-thru, the line moves fast despite it being long. Very impressed with this location. We will continue to come back!

This location is going down-hill fast, they have messed up our order on the last 3 visits. its the people outside not paying attention to simple little things when ordering . just way below chick-fil-A standards from other locations.

Every time we visit this location they "forget" to give items. I understand theres a pandemic, but its hard on families financially too. When we pay top dollar for food items, i would hope we could at least get home with them. The last 6 visits over the past year they have excluded items from our order, rush us to get through the drive thru to get home and find missing items. Ive waited some time in hopes it would get better before posting a review, but it has not. I would advise the employees to slow down, and make sure the orders are correct instead of trying to speed through the process. Called up there, and they aren't willing to do anything besides have us drive back up there. This is not okay.

Food wasn't prepared as well as other Chick-fil-As. Chicken Noodle soup bowl was unetable & trashed. 3 kids meals chicken nuggets were skimpy 2 sprites were carbonated water & drove back for replacements but had to sub sweet tea. 2 sandwiches ordered differently were exactly alike & the fries were over salted.
