We held a Circus Themed party, and the Carnival Catering was exactly what we needed! From the customized menu to assisting with Cake cutting, this team was great. All aspects of the engagement were done well. Regular communication, accommodation of additional requests, (bar services) and reasonable pricing! Would highly recommend in the future.
Carnival catering catered our daughters wedding and I could not have asked for better food or nicer people. Miki and her staff wee all very professional. We were very pleased with the servers that brought around the appetizers, served at the dinner and brought out the champagne toast. People raved about the grilled cheese with tomato soup shooters, the bourbon corn casserole and cotton candy on our champagne flutes. If you are needing a caterer for any event you definitely want to reach out to carnival catering.
Mimi and her crew kept our crowd of 100+ happy with their heavy passed bites. They even sent someone early to help with our balloon arch! Easy to work with, timely & tasty food… they’re the best!
I had really high hopes for this catering company. Their website looks decently professionally and their menu looks expansive. I was quoted $600 for 6 appetizers to feed 16-18 adults and 6-8 children for my sons birthday. I reached out to the owner Miki and was given the quote and examples of their decor. I asked for a tasting and was told she’d be in my area on X date and could stop in. I thought that’s great, why not. Date of appointment comes, time comes and goes. No call no show. I called her around 12:30 in the afternoon to ask what happened and if there was a miscommunication. She replied, well I emailed you. I never received any email communication about a cancellation, but really that’s something you should be calling for anyway.She explained she was taking a family member to an appointment of some sort but could meet the next day. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and agreed. She did show the next day and food was okay. Wings were really the highlight, brisket was a little dry since she had to microwave it. We talked for a while and we advised we wanted to book with her and would need the invoice. She said she’d have it to me by that evening after she finished an event (Feb 17th). No invoice sent that night. I emailed her the next day for follow up (Feb 18th), she said she’d have it to me that night again. Still no invoice. Now Feb 20th, my kiddos party is in 5 days (weather dependent) and I’m looking for a replacement caterer.Moral of the story is if it seems flaky to begin with, it probably is. We just don’t trust the reliability of this catering service.
Miki and her team did a fantastic job for my 50th birthday. Drove 2 hours to my ranch and made it perfect. From arrival to clean up did a fabulous job. Would definitely recommend and I will use again.
Ordered Prime Rib plus extras for our Christmas gathering and plan on ordering again. The portions are generous and it tasted great! Highly recommend Carnival Catering!
We had a company function and they did their thing. What great fun. They so friendly and precessional. Food was great too.
Thank you, thank you, thank you Miki! My destination wedding plans were impacted by Covid. I finally got my wedding license and put a wedding together in two weeks to keep my original 6/20/20 wedding date. Miki and her staff made the planning so much easier. She was the last catering estimate I requested but she was the first to respond. I immediately accepted because her commitment to making my day perfect was evident. She offered great food options at a more than fair price. When I asked her to get to the venue earlier she said absolutely. My guest loved the food, especially the grilled cheese with side of tomatoes soup, oh and those salmon thingies, yummy! She even threw in champagne for free! I can't thank you enough Miki!
Ordered Easter Dinner. Great food! Delivered exactly as said! Highly recommend! Definitely will be ordering from them again!!!
