The people working here need some training. I ordered a Reese’s layered sundae and had to tell them how to make it. They put the scoops of ice cream and then started adding a little bit of fudge on top. Had to tell them to add the whipped cream and the crumbled Reese’s on top. Definitely don’t think I got the $7 sundae I ordered. Don’t go here!
We frequent this location. They have been out of the flavor we go for the last several times. Understandable with the supply chain issues so we looked past it three separate times and returned to try again. Tonight we went in and instead of being completely out, they grabbed a pint from their take home section and made it happen. Awesome! But the large shake we ordered ended up more like a medium, hard not to notice in their clear cups. We could see when she was pouring the shake it wasn’t going to fill the cup, but instead of just charging us for a medium, we were still charged for the large. And that is what really rubbed me the wrong way. They were out of another popular flavor, that was also in the take home section, but instead of pulling that flavor out also, she said they didn’t have any. There were about ten other patrons hanging out the door waiting to be served by the time ours was finished and we left, all the while, one other young worker was fulfilling online orders and another lady in back - possibly taking inventory? Neither of which paid any attention to the accumulating line. It was a frustrating situation that I might have looked past had each visit leading to this one not been equally as frustrating. We will likely not visit this location again in the near future but are hopeful it will improve.
I've always like BR. It's my father's favorite ice cream shop as well as mine. I always stick with their Rocky Road but there other flavors are just as good.
Love the variety of choices but yall should really update your google open time because it says 10 pm but we just went there at 915 and yall were closed
Who ever trained the person that helped us should be fired. It was very obvious that they didn’t know what they were doing. I didn’t even want to pay for our order, when it wasn’t even what we ordered. And here’s a tip when it’s almost 100 degrees outside turn on the AC. It was so HOT inside my grandson was sweating eating his ice cream.
Amazing these two young people made our experience delightful! You just never know when a kind smile and an ice cream cone can make someone's day. ?

Drove to 2 different locations. 1st didn't have flavor of the month or syrup for mango drink but did give sample so now I have mango taste in mouth.This location has flavor of month but won't let you sample due to covid.Smh....You can scoop and give me a cup but I can't sample and throw away spoon. Close store due to covid!!!!Drove 10 miles because they send emails and I have app when I could just go get Bahama Bucks!!!Baskin Robbins should now be closed to covid
