There were things to like and dislike. The hostess was amazing and super friendly. My family and I made a return to Bari's after about 15 yrs away. It used to be in downtown Denton, in the space that is now Fera's. This new Bari's had moments of bringing us all back to where it started... and then it had moments of being a bit tasteless.

Unfriendly staff. I came to do take out. I ordered eggplant parmigiana. The guy who took the order was super nice he told me that it would be ready in 10 minutes. I decided to sit at the nearest table. The girl at the greeter counter told me that I had to wait near the counter where I placed the order. I didn’t mind and went back and stood in a corner. I was on my phone texting when the girl at the counter slammed her hand on the counter and told me to wait in the vestibule. For a moment I felt really bad. I went and sat in the vestibule where it was very cold. I’m not looking for a free meal, don’t want any apology. I get it that it’s Friday evening and everybody is busy and tired. But please teach the staff some curtesy. The 2 girls, first one at the greeter counter and the second on the order counter made me feel unwelcome and it appeared as if they were uncomfortable with my presence. The food however was good, nice and hot.This was my first time at this location.
We eat at Baris every Friday. The food is awesome and very reasonably priced. Genuine Italian--family owned restaurant
This is my favorite pizza/Italian place. The pizza and other food continue to be some of the best in the area at reasonable prices. Staff seems a little frazzled and short-hamded, but keeps up well. My only concern is that the staff does not wear masks.
How have we not heard of this place sooner? SO GOOD!! Needed a pizza place close to my son's appointment so google picked this place for us. Prices were really good, so we assumed it would be small portions or not very good....WRONG. Tasty food, great portions at an awesome price! We all enjoyed our food, and the inside looks like it would be great for a cozy dinner. Can't wait to go back! Sorry for the half eaten photos, but we didn't realize it would be review worthy before we started eating it. ?
We were part of a large family group after a funeral service. The food was delicious! (I had the lobster ravioli!!)The servers were really busy with all of us, but they did great!Thank you Baris! You helped to make a difficult time a little more bearable!
Very tasty food! The portions are big, I had leftover for lunch the next day. Comfortable and casual dining.
A casual chic italian cafe atmosphere with a large bar. The good: Clean and an updated interior. Service was friendly and fast. The food was better than expected. The bad: It can be loud on a busy evening. Overall: Better than expected. Food quality and service were very good. I would recommend Bari's to anyone but warn them about the noise level if its a busy night.
