Food was limited but very good. They did have a few items different than usual buffet fare. I definitely didn't like the pimiento cheese sushi-yes you read that right. The service was the absolute worst. I asked for a small glass of water and waitress refused to let me have it since I had tea already. She reached across the table to refill my friend's tea glass and poured tea all over her plate. When I said something to her she started arguing with me in her language. When I explained to the cashier why we were unhappy the waitress began yelling at me in her language again.
This place is excellent. They have a sushi chef making fresh sushi everytime I've been there. And the sushi is GREAT, sometimes I go just for that. And the sushi is part of the buffet, so it's all you can eat which is a refreshing anomaly in DFW. The buffet is also really good, always a great variety. TBH, the buffet is pretty generic stuff but its always good, the sushi is where this place shines in my opinion. Been going here for years.
Greeted by the non-smiling, rather hostile owner who acts like she is doing us a favor. Then you find out that (a) there is no more salmon sushi, (b) no more oysters, (c) reduced variety of dishes, ((d) few fruits and few veggies, (e) mostly fried things. Man behind sushi kept yelling on his phone the whole time, very little interest in customers.... this place is going down fast
The noodles were hard. There was no salmon for dinner. The staff was touching and scrapping food off the public plates with bare hands then placing them back on the stack of clean dishes for the public to use. I've been here before and loved the food so I came back today but this time I was disappointed. It is such a bummer I have to look for something else now.
The steak is the best and all the other food and options. Most Chinese restaurants can't for some reason make egg rolls taste better than jack in the box but they come pretty close. And most Chinese restaurants don't do fried rice the old way. There is only one place in DFW which does fried rice (Right) the old way with long grain rice and fine chopped meat and veggies and that is A&D buffalo wings. Chinese restaurants in general don't change their ways and work to improve the small flaws that make all the difference as they tend to have too much pride. But if they were willing to adapt they could drive in the masses with just very small changes to improve things. Overall this place in my opinion ranks number 4 in the top ten I have to say Panda Express is 3 and Jack in the box is number A n D's buffalo wings is number 1 and the sad part is the last two are not Chinese restaurants. My advice to this place is use old fried rice recipe with long grain white rice and fine chopped chicken and veggies so it's a moist dish and not overly dry. Then get the egg rolls fixed by using the old way with cabbage and veggies with fine chopped chicken but portion the ratio to 5% meat to 95% veggies with a crispy crunchy wrap. Once these two things are incorporated the stars will jump from 3 to solid 5 it's just little things nothing big that makes a two star difference. No other Chinese restaurant comes close to this place. We have tried them all and any of those places would only get two stars where this place 3.5 stars until they fix the egg rolls and fried rice then it's a solid 5 star place.
This place was nasty. i was very disappointed. nothing was fresh. even when they brought out fresh fried rice it tasted hard. they didn’t have many options either. waste of my money.
This place is ridiculously expensive for Mediocre food. They have a decent variety and the place seems clean. Staff is friendly. I did find a short black hair in my chicken dish. 15.99 for 1 adult buffet at 4:13pm is a rip off. Had I known the price I would've went elsewhere. For 15.99 I would also expect real utensils not plastic forks. I do regret coming and this will be my first and last time. Buyer beware of the high price.
I like the food but I don’t like that the staff is watching you while you are eating. Also they are charging for you kids even they don’t eat anything. This happened in this place and another 2 more that I visit because I wanted to give them a chance. I don’t recommend this places.
Staff isn't very friendly. They act like customers should feel privileged to eat here. Excellent variety of food. Should consider cutting price, too.
rude workers that will say bad stuff to you save your money and go some where else $22 per person is not worth it
