Must have waited at least 30mins at the drive through and they managed to give me a salad with no meat just lettuce and apples, no dressing and forgot the other half of my order. I think This was intentional, people were getting impatient and leaving behind so they didn’t have time to cook the chicken and just left it out assuming i wouldn’t check until I got home. I tried to call back, they don’t pick up lol to say this place has gone downhill is an understatement. Don’t worry I’ll get my money back somehow.

I've been trying to get a hold of someone for the past 40 min to correct a mistake that was done on our card a few days ago and all we get is a recording... I'm unable to go to the location since we were there on business and live 8 hrs away

Food was cold, service was rude including the manager. Don't know what happened to the manager they was always there to make food fresh & hot & quickly. Not to mention how nice he was regardless of rush & short handed. These 2 lazy women will not have my business ever again. So sad because whataburger has always been my go to food...

What happened to them? They used to be so good and now they always forget something so I have to check bags before I leave the drive thru. Today I waited 20 minutes at the window. They gave me the exact same order that they were supposed to fix. But Because I was tired of waiting I took it anyway. I’d rather drive farther to a better one!!!

I originally gave this whataburger 4 stars when I first started coming here. Over the past couple of visits (about 2 months), I've found the service, quality, and cleanliness severely lacking. It takes an unexplainable amount of time for the food to be ready after ordering in the lobby. They've locked the doors WHILE people are currently inside and eating here as early as 7pm. So much for a 24 hour shop. 'When it gets busy, let's just shut it down until people go away." I thought it might be a few individuals during certain shifts causing the issues, but it seems the entire staff at this location cares little for their customers. I've come by anywhere from 9AM to 9PM and have experienced the same lack of service every visit. I don't like having to drive an extra 20 minutes to get to an actually serviceable location, but after this last visit, I will.

Dr Pepper milk shakes are awesome. Breakfasts are awesome. Avocado bacon burger and seasonal sandwiches are good. Rest of menu, blah, and fries taste worse. Good customer service tho.

Always great!!! Every morning I come to this Whataburger, and Alfredo always takes care of me. This guy knows my name, my order, and ALWAYS gets it correct. He is the reason I come by for breakfast every morning. He is always friendly and professional. Alfredo is LEGIT.

I love Whataburger, and I recognize they have been historically slow, but this location has gotten atrocious at how long it takes to get food. 30 minutes in drive thru has become the norm. I can get my steak at roadhouse faster. If you can go to another location I would.

Simple order... 2 meals. That's it... Took about 20 minutes!? Made quite the backup in the drive-thru. And at the end, the burgers were cold! Cheese wasn't even melted on the patties ? and the simple order of no onions or pickles, of course YES they had onions and pickles. I realize it's fast food, but this was about as elemtary an order as I can imagine. To have to wait that long, and end up with cold food is simply inexcusable.It was 3:30pm on a Wednesday so no "prime time" rush or traffic, just a lapse by staff .. simple as that ?
