I ordered bacon but got sausage. My hash browns were horrible full of grease and were empty inside. They didn’t have orange juice so I asked for a Fanta and they still tried to charge me for orange juice. Jacob redoes my order and but keeps asking me if I want a drink or just pancakes and bacon. Hopefully he is just sleepy cause I don’t know why he was acting like that. Plus I had to wait in line for 40 minutes the first time and then wait in line another 20 minutes just ti get my money back. The only thing I didn’t have a problem with was the pancakes.
Ordered a spicy chicken and a mushroom Swiss. Drive through was extremely slow, chicken was over cooked and dry, vegetables on the sandwich were slimy and soggy. On the other hand. The mushroom swiss was decent and the onion rings were good.
Hello! Location has lovely workers that are efficient and helpful even when their line seems endless. One guy is so good with words he sounded like an auctioneer and I fully understood him. I think a rotten spot in the potatoes got into my fries and it was the worst, but otherwise everything was fresh and hot and yummy.
Absolute worst Whataburger I have ever been to. This morning it took almost 30 minutes to receive my breakfast AND I ordered in the app ahead of time!! What is the point of using the app if you're still going to have to wait forever to get your food? This is not the first time I've had to wait an excessive amount of time for my food that I've ordered ahead. This location has lost my business for good. Never again. Don't waste your time going to this location unless you like waiting an eternity for your order to possibly not even be correct.
I asked the manager if they could make a particular item for me and he informed me they couldn’t because it wasn’t breakfast time anymore (hash browns). When I explained I didn’t eat meat, he immediately rung me up and said it was no problem. He had stated at the beginning they were short staffed and I didn’t want to cause any issues but he assured me it was no problem and genuinely made me feel that it wasn’t. Very nice people.
I ordered a #2 Whataburger meal. A sign they had by the counter said you could receive sides (cheese, jalapenos, guacamole etc...) I asked the cashier does that mean you can add these things to the hamburger? I understood her to say yes. There was a charge for the additions. I will say it was really good as I added Cheese & Jalapenos.
No stars for the Mushroom Swiss burger.. this definitely isn’t two layers of mushrooms nor did it come with au jus.Lady in drive thru window was friendly and nice. Fries were good.
Worst whataburger in the area… can’t even make a grilled cheese… How do you burn cheese on a grilled cheese? Took three tries to get my order right on a mobile order that was simple… 1 meal, grilled cheese, and a medium fry… go to the one on glade and 121 for better service
I understand that restaurants are having issues staffing up. This is my favorite Whataburger but today they disappointed me. From time that I gave my order to time I received it was 13 minutes. I didn't mind waiting for my food. Mr personality who took my order and delivered my food had the personality of a paper bag. Also, why is it so difficult to bring napkins and ketchup with orders instead of having to chase someone down for the essentials.
Ordered online at 9:13pm sat outside for 30 mins checked in and everything. Had to go through drive through to end up retrieving my order and this is how it’s handed to me. Do better!
