Awesome tacos!! Cody and Peyton helped us out and made everything so easy. They were super busy at noon on a Friday but they flew through customers at the register and got us our food so fast!

Torchy's for the win! I will always and forever be a Torchy's fan. The chips and queso are the best I have ever had; Not just saying it to say it! I also ordered the Jalapeño sausage on flour as well as the trailer park on flour...so delicious and very consistent across all Torchy's in the US. I have visited several locations across the South and Torchy's always impresses with the deliciousness. If you're looking for a beverage, the Paloma always hits the spot. I flew in from out of town and Torchy's is at the top of my list. The view on the patio at this particular location is great too. Thank you for staying amazing!
Today during our visit to torchy’s we decided to sit at the bar! Best decision ever!! Cody was our bar tender! He was very attentive, funny, and he let us in on a cool torchy fact! Great location, great food, great staff l, and amazing experience!Definitely my favorite torchy’s
I love this location!!! The customer service and food is always the best every time I come. The restaurant is clean and well maintained! I really enjoyed my dining experience with my 14 month old on even a busy night like the super bowl service was fast and friendly. I got the tipsy chick and trailer park taco. Both were delicious and fresh!
They’re open! Also they have super fast takeout and delivery. Food was right on time for pickup and was hot and fresh! Super friendly service too. You can eat inside and order margaritas now and can even get them to go. ? One of the reasons I like going here is because of the allergy friendly menu. Makes ordering for a kid with allergies easy! Ohh man, I have been to another Torchys and I thought it was kinda cramped, this one was not that way….. I ordered 3 tacos and the hillbilly queso! The queso was great! So good, the chorizo gave so much flavor! Then the three tacos o had were amazing. They all were so distinct in flavor but at the same time they were all so flavorful! I really enjoyed the entire experience and definitely want to do it again very very soon!
Update a month later - So even thought they've responded in other reviews to state that management will personally follow up, they have yet to do that with me. Seems like when you give them a bad review, they have no interest in correcting what they did wrong.I placed an online order @ 6:30pm for pickup @ 7:30pm. Showed up & sat down in one of the chairs on the right when walking into the pickup area. Had a manager, bartender, server, and food runner walk past during my time sitting there, not provide customer [email protected] 7:45, the server asked me if I was there to pick up an order and I said yes. Gave her my name. My order was printed out and one of the bartenders went to the kitchen. 10 minutes go by and she hasn’t come out which tells me that my order got lost. I stood up and asked how much longer and the manager admits that my food was made early and given to someone else. I waited 30 additional minutes for my order.Why did my order drop early? Why was my order made early? Who gave my order away? These are things that can be tracked by either the order system confirmed whom moved the order along in the kitchen to who picked up the order in the kitchen and brought it up and set it down. I know you have cameras in the restaurant that can show who did this. Why wasn’t I apologized to by anyone especially the manager when you knew that it was messed up? Only thing that was said to me was “Thank you for your patience” by the server and I’m grateful for that.I will be going to your Southlake location because I have ordered multiple times there and have never had this happen.
You can never go wrong with Torchy's, the queso is my favorite around, and the choice of tacos, which are all amazing, but this was my first trip to this locale, and I really liked it. Service was friendly and efficient, and the whole place's attitude was a comfortable uptown. Most of all, I loved the patio! ?
