Couldn't have a burger for some time. The mushroom swiss burger sure satisfied my craving. I didn't eat it there, but this place gives off a neighborhood vibe.I will be going back!
We tried this place out today for the first time. It has a 'Diner' feel and serve breakfast all day (sweet!) and lunch after 1030a. They are open 7a-3p daily for now. After ordering it took about 15 or 20 minutes before we received our food, but they were down to 1 cook and our server was like The Flash, moving from table to table, filling drinks, taking orders, delivering food, etc. The food was very good and their biscuits looked like they were made from scratch. Come try this place out at least once. We'll definitely be back again
Service is TERRIBLE! I had to wait about 15 minutes for one person. There were several tables available and they were not busy. It also took another 10 minutes for them to take my drink order. I've been out of coffee about another 10-15 minutes and NO ONE has came to check on me. Do not come here unless u have time to spare. Luckily I'm wasting time to catch a flight. If ur on the move and in a time crunch don't waste your time. I've literally been here about 45 minutes and still no food.
So after only being in town for a day we gave this place a chance and it did not disappoint. I had the catfish and it was fresh and flaky. Tartar sauce was really good. Our server was very courteous and never let our tea go empty. There was another person that checked on us and I did not get her name. I believe she was either the manager or owner and she was so sweet and fun to talk to. It makes a difference when you have a great attitude. So overall great place to eat if your ever in Euless, tx.
This is without a doubt my favorite place to get breakfast. No matter what you order it comes out as if you made it at home but slightly better. The food does not taste like at franchises like IHOP and the like. The people are absolutely amazing and the atmosphere is great. From the servers to the chef, they all absolutely care about you the customer and from the food to the service you feel all of that. I highly recommend anything and everything breakfast and if you want lunch get the BLT. It really doesn't matter what you get to eat here you are going to love the food and the service. My family and I are regulars here for the reasons I stated. Go check them out and I promise you won't regret it.
Ordered the Tiny Tim. Delicious. The biscuits were fluffy and soft and the sausage gravy had lots of chunks of sausage throughout it. I don't live close enough to be a regular, which is a crying shame. Service was fantastic. Waitress was polite.
I promise, I do leave good reviews for restaurants. Unfortunately lately it all seems to be doom and gloom.Once again I was in between clients and needing to eat lunch so I stopped by this place hoping for home cooking.Ordered chicken fried steak with fried okra, mashed potatoes and a side salad.Salad didn't arrive early early as per usual, showing up at the same time as my meal. It consisted of a small plate of chopped lettuce with one slice of tomato, one slice of onion and a few croutons.Chicken fried steak was tough as hell. Though the breading was not bad, the steak part was inedible. Stringy, flavorless. Most disappointing, the mashed potatoes were so bland and boring I actually had to add salt and pepper to make them even slightly palatable. I love good mashed potatoes and these tasted like something I probably had out of a high school cafeteria on a bad day. They basically tasted like something out of a box. If they aren't then the chef in the back needs to learn about butter and salt.Okra was so so. Looks remarkably like the bagged frozen stuff they sell at Dickie's barbecue. The menu had twice as much available breakfast wise, so maybe actual lunch food is not their forte. The only pro to my visit was the pleasant waitress.Deeply disappointed that this little hole in the wall didn't put forth a better performance.
My family and I went here last week on New Years eve, probably around 10am. It wasn't busy the place was pretty clean. It was also very large inside plenty of space if your wanting to maintain that 6ft. The waitresses were very nice and breakfast was delicious.
We frequently eat here. We enjoy the friendly waitresses V and Victoria treat everyone as if they were family or at least really good friends. They make everyone feel welcome. We need more people like them at other restaurants. Would highly recommend Texan Kitchen.
My server was very kind (never caught her name but she was from Mexico City!!). She even offered me her personal creamer for my coffee. Prices were very fair and my breakfast sandwich was delicious. I hope she is able to travel back home to see her family again soon and would visit her restaurant again!!
