Leadership is poor. CSR at register was disengaged, confused, and did not follow through with our order correctly. Other staff seemed dazed and not alert. Support staff missing. Manager talking to vender for a length of time and then disappeared. Warm beer, margaritas poor (6 drinks returned while dining), drink fountain mixing wrong ratio, jalapeno salsa old.
Good place to eat I’ve been dining here for years . Fresh tortillas daily. Off the highway very convenient. I usually stop at the hardware store next door and always pick up a dozen fajita flower tacos with pico de gallo. Highly recommend this restaurant.
THE SALSA THEY JUST GAVE ME WAS ORANGE, SO I SMELLED IT AND IT SMELLS HORRIBLE/SOUR BECAUSE IT HAS FERMENTED BECAUSE IT IS OLD! BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU GO TO THIS LOCATION YOU CAN GET SICK. They also gave me sour cream when I asked for none. I have tried calling at least 10x to let them know but they won't pick up the phone smh
They were busy, but didn't have to wait long for my order. Food delicious, nice to buy margaritas to go. Great price.
Slow service. The company is going downhill over the years. Our meal was $35 for 2 of us and the large chips is enough for one person. The food was good though just not like it was 15 years ago.
Service was neutral. The person that took order was courteous but did not offer any suggestions. The location was out of the soft drink flavor that I requested. The food portions were adequate to the amount that I paid for my order. The food was fresh and delicious.

Good food but they canceled part of our order due to being out. Told us after we paid and got most of our food.
First time customer. There were 9 of us. Variety of items was plentiful and everything we ordered was delicious. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Next time in Fort Worth will definitely dine there again.

They were seasoned, moist, and fresh. I decided to take a leap and get the same thing, from this location. Man, was I wrong!Like a previous comment stated, the grease used, definitely, wasn't fresh. They tasted burnt and picked up some of the flavors of whatever else was cooked in that same grease. I also had an order of the churros, those too, were fried in the same grease(I assume).First Review - 06/22/2019Wowza!Now I know why this place is always empty, the service is horrendous. We ordered the buffalo chicken sampler, I kid you not, the wait was almost fifteen minutes. I would have left, if we didn't already pay for the food. At one point, I did knock on the window, but they were too busy cleaning to hear the knock on the drive thru window. Three, yes, three cars left the line and good for them. I was shocked, I wasn't asked to pull into a spot so they could focus on the others in line, they didn't care.When I finally received my food, the box was messy and had cheese all over it and when I asked for napkins she said, "they're in the bag". As if she didn't notice all of the cheese on the box she handed me.I will not visit this location again, there are way too competitors who blow them out of the water.Stay away!
