The OWNER of this location NEEDS to wake up!The absolute WORST Taco Bell! I just went through the drive thru at what should be rush hour lunch time. I was literally the ONLY car in the drive thru.... they still told me to wait... so I waited... and waited..... I finally just drove off. If I am the ONLY customer... why am I waiting so long!I went to Rosa's Cafe just a few blocks down and drive thru was fast and same price. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS LOCATION!Also, do you think you're bringing in good employees when you have a pay each day process? Doesn't make any sense.
This location was semi clean. Several dirty tables among the clean ones. Very busy place on a Friday evening around 6 pm. Staff could use some training. Wanted to order tacos at the register but was told that food had to be ordered at the computer kiosks that hung on the wall. Very odd. I should be able to order either place. As it were. When I finally got my tacos via wall order, I noticed my order came out quite a bit later than other patrons. That, and it took several minutes on the computer to even place the order. Not very customer friendly. The staff SEEMED to be trying but a few of them looked like they wanted to be somewhere else. The food was prepared as ordered so that was a success. If you have tasted Taco Bell you know what to expect, not great, but not bad....just fast or almost fast. The fact they were so busy says something. As for me, I'll have to think about it before going back.
Lady wouldn't take my order.. she wanted me to order at kiosk when I told her I didn't have a clue how to use it. She said she didn't care that she couldn't take my order even though she had just took someone's order as I walked in!!!!
Not just a Tacobell but also attached is a Long John Silver (which is why I normally go, haha). Pretty okay,but dinner time is craaaazy.
They try, but since COVID they are so understaffed it's a mess. Regularly leave items out of our order when we takeout and is it really fast food if your order take 20 minutes? I hope they can eventually hire more staff and get things back to running smoothly.
Literally the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been too. Tried using a gift card there that I had just received and pulled out of the package. Cashier said they did not work. Would not even try to use the pin on the back of the card. So I handed her another that I had already used and had money left on. Same outcome. Not only this but there is been another time where I have received wrong items in the meal I purchased. I will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again. I hope it gets shut down.
First off what is this? Second, why are you putting hard tacos in a sack with other burritos on top, and last but not least….the chips and cheese tasted like food poisoning and idk what that even taste like but it was horrible. My orders are never right the times that I do come here ..I understand shortage on workers but come on! I will not visit this location ever again! ???
I understand there’s a staffing shortage, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to learn the ingredients in each item.I ordered the veggie supreme burrito - the kiosk says it comes with refried beans, lettuce, red sauce, shredded cheese and sour cream.This is the second time it seems like I’ve gotten a totally different item. The first time, it had black beans instead of the refried it’s supposed to come with. The second time, it had guacamole, rice and black beans - totally different ingredients than what’s on the menu.I guess Taco Bell employees are now chefs and are inventing their own menu items instead of giving you what you ordered.
You ever want to feel like you are inconveniencing employees just by ordering food? Then come here! Annoyed sighs and groans a plenty even when there is no line! I know this is taco bell and we already have low expectations but cmon. Stick to Chick-fil-A if you want a decent experienceI also must have interrupted their TV time because the employee shouted TOUCHDOWN through the loudspeaker after sighing at my order while I was pulling forward
I’ve tried to pick up food here on several occasions. Menu is missing things, sometimes written in as well. I’ve waited in line forever only to be told they’re closed. My favorite response is “we aren’t selling Long John food any longer. Just cut your losses and close this spot down. Avoid this one at all cost.
