Ordered thought the app for pickup. After arriving the app said the order was ready and we had a pending charge on our bank account. The manager told us that there was no record of our order in their system and asked us to pull back around through the drive through after giving it a bit longer. We waited about 5 minutes and pull back up to the window. A worker this time told us there was no record of our order even though we have an order number and a pending charge on our account. Asked us to again pull around and through the drive through line to give it a bit. This time the manager told us all we could do was cancel our order but we couldn't figure out how to do that through the app. After 40 minutes we left with no food. Two days later our pending charge became a actual charge. Will never go back to this store again.
So, they brought back the mexican pizza and i remember they were tasty, hadnt been in years to taco bell and decided to expand my lunch options. Walk in and its totally void of people, no customers, no employees, just me. So i pull up to the counter, look over the menu, decide on #9 and i wait. Waiting.....waiting...... nobody comes out. Im on a lunch time schedule, i dont have an hour to stand at the counter. Finally, im guessing 5 minutes had elapsed i hollar back and ask if anybody works here. Some dopy broad comes out "whhhaaatttt", i said id like to order a #9. She pointed to a screen. Ive seen a screen like that at mcdonalds, but i always walk up. To make a long story short, you cant order at the counter, theres no sign or anything saying that, im guessing they wont take cash since there's only a swiper. So when the next data breech of card info i can get caught up in that drama for eating at taco bell comes around from using unsupervised machines....no thanks. I wont be back. And i will bash the brand to anyone who will listen all the while laughing when the company folds. I understood why the lobby was empty. Euless tx on main st closest to 183 was the location.
This is just the WORST taco bell I have ever been to I have been to hundreds of different taco bells through out the United States!!! First off the "hours" on the windows and doors of this taco bell says they are open and the employees inside will not answer the drive thru ...this has happened more than once. You pull up to a window where there is an employee standing in plain sight and it just makes you even more mad ..they will tell you they are closed how in the world is taco bell closed at at 9:44pm please someone answer this?? A manager ??? District manager?? Corporate??? Please send someone to this place ..it is bad!!
I frequent this restaurant as it's around the corner of my house. Normally I'm using the mobile app and adding all sorts of modifications (ie, bean burrito, no bean). And even though my orders are far from the ordinary, they normally get it right.Food wise, it's taco bell ??♂️ Good for a quick fix
I've been to a lot of Taco Bell's in my life and this has got to be the worst one. I'd love to comment on the service but I rarely get any as they are never taking orders. I typically order via the app. I get to the drive thru speaker and am advised they are not accepting orders. Why have the ability to take mobile orders when they aren't taking orders at all? Why are they never taking orders? When they are taking orders they are out of almost everything. Sometimes they are out of meat. Sometimes beans. It's ridiculous. Who does the ordering? I get it happening occasionally but this is ALL THE TIME. This store is not worth being open. FIX IT OR CLOSE IT.
I just got to this taco bell in between eulees bld and main st. They dont say hi or wekcome to taco bell . They ignore customers and Seniors. Im a senior and wanted to order and i wait 10 minuts and said hellow hellow somebody would like to take my order and after serveral time a lady came and said yoy have to order on kiosko and i reply you dont know how to say hi or welcome. I want to order a bean burrito. She said with an actitude and rude order at the kiosk and i told her i dont know how to use it bit im paying cash and i want you to take my order. She replied your servuce is deniedJust because i said i wont order at rhe kiosko. The use the pandemic to ignore customers and treat then like nothing. THERES NO SERVICE OR HOSPITALITY IN THIS TACO. BELL . THEY WOULDNT ALLOW ME MY ORDER OR TO TALK TO THE MANAGER
One star by default. This is really a ZERO star review. I live nearby, and everytime I come here, it's always something. Either they are understaffed, literally one person working the entire drive thru alone, or all the lights are off, or they closed early, or the dining room is closed, but tonight prompted this review... they were out of meat, like completely, they could only offer me a bean burrito. I asked the lady in the drive thru why didn't they just close up then, and she said something about people wouldn't be able to get their bean burritos then. She laughed and told me that she's sorry I was having a bad day. Actually I was having a great day until I came here. So I drove the extra 5 minutes to the taco bell on Trinity blvd. and got everything I wanted plus good customer service with a smile. Do yourself a favor and just go to the taco bell on Trinity blvd. save yourself the excuses and bad customer service. I can't wait until this taco bell closes down and makes way for a good restaurant to open up here.
If a rating of 0 was possible this location would definitely receive it. One of the managers is a liar. I was missing items from my order and she kept saying she put them in the bag herself when in fact they were not in my bag. I wouldn't waste my time calling about a $2 burrito and a bag of chips if I had actually received them.
I specifically ordered No beans with chicken soft taco. I got a burrito with beans no meat . No one answers the phone when you call to complain!!!
I ordered the Nachos and I asked for no beans and they have me extra beans. I hate beans and was very clear about not wanting them. It really made me not want to eat it because all the toppings and sauce was on top of the beans so taking the beans off meant I took off about a 3rd of the toppings.
